I. INTRODUCTION
Purpose of an App
Nowadays, many people take public transport, so there are many vehicles on the
road. There are people who want to have their own car to save on fares. But one
requirement to be able to drive on the road is to have a driver's license. A driver's
license is a legal authorization, or the official document confirming such an
authorization, for a specific individual to operate one or more types of motorized
vehicles -- such as motorcycles, cars, trucks, or buses on a public road. Drivers
licenses are often plastic and the size of a credit card.
Many people want to have a driver's license, many also go to the (Land
Transportation Office) LTO Office but only a few get a drivers license. One of the
reasons is the limited slot because it follows the safety protocols due to Covid-19.
Before a person can have a driver's license, the person has to take an exam at the
(Land Transportation Office)LTO Office where they can take the exam and when
they pass it, they will have another exam that is practical driving where you drive the
desired vehicle before getting a driver’s license. So the proponents thought of a
solution to the problem and they thought of making an application, entitled LTO
Examination System.
This application access through internet connection, the user will enter their
personal information in the examiner form and then the user will choose which
Drivers license if professional or non-professional and then the user will choose the
language of his test it is English or Tagalog and every question has a time-limit at 45
seconds. After answering each question you will know immediately if the answer is
correct or incorrect and after 60 items and 40 items questions the total score will be
displayed by whether the users pass or not.
II. TARGET AUDIENCE

The users of the proposed application by the proponents entitled LTO
Examination System are the student who is 18 years old above and adults who
can drive a motorcycle or sedan car and who want to have a Driver's License to
make their driving on public roads legal.
III. TECHNOLOGY STACK AND PLATFORMS

This proposed application is intended to be used and will work on mobile devices such
as smartphones, tablets, and others.This application will work on Android operating
systems. The way this project is designed was through the use of Ionic allowing a
multi-platform deployment of the product once it has been finished.
In the field of development, a technology stack that will be implemented for the project
must also be chosen wisely since it will be associated with the overall development of the
project. In this case, since the application will be developed for devices running on
Android, specifically smartphones, the developers have chosen to implement it and
access it by the use of smartphones.
IV. FEATURES
Here are the features of the proposed system entitled LTO Examination system where
the app will display the following:
Examiner form– In this form the examiner must fill up all the
information then it will go to another form which is the chosen
examination.
Timed Questions -There should be a specific time limit set for

answering any question. The user should be allowed to change the timing
as per his choice.
Display Correct Answer - After the time of the answer ends, the
correct answer to the question asked should be displayed to let the user
know whether he answered correctly or not.
Instant Scores-Our examination tool automatically provides scores

and tracks participation in real time.
V. Designs/Wireframes
The developed application has simple design concepts that have been studied by the
developers in terms of knowing and implementing the proper and appropriate design
for the content of the application.Here are some Screenshots of the developed

VI. Acceptance Criteria
To make the application capable and ready for release, it must consider an
acceptance criterion that must be accepted by user, client, or in the case of system
level functionality. Figure _ below shows the acceptance criteria formulated for this
application.

Acceptance Criteria was formulated for the application, which is composed of a

stable internet connection, allowing user input, real-time monitoring system, and
auto-grading system.
A stable internet connection is a primary necessity for this application since the
examination must be taken online and it only runs through internet usage,the
real-time monitoring system requires users not to leave their computer or mobile
phones during the test by face tracking technology. The data transmission
encryption system transmits the examination question and results in secret form
through the network to the server. The examination monitor system is also the
manager of the examination system, by which we can monitor the test processing,
carry out test ID statistics and collect the answers, etc.
Lastly, the auto-grading system is designed by the fuzzy matching algorithm and
the macro programming technology, which is seasoned with variable question type
and can help to provide accurate scores on the examination.
