Executive Summary
I am very confident about the food that I cook. Sometimes I invent some Filipino
fishes turning rice taste like Sinigang. I also make sure that the ingredients that I use is fresh
and healthy. I want to make people healthy because I, myself, I’m not that healthy. So I want
to spread my business to help people be healthy.
It is very hard to come up with this business because my family runs a business about
networking, but I don’t want to be talking to people because I’m not confident about myself
in terms of facing people. I know there are a lot of many restaurants with different types like
Italian, American, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and more all over our country and I want to
make people love my restaurant it is what we eat every day from daily basis. Many people
doesn’t want to eat different type of food from different countries dishes because they think
that they are not familiar with their dishes.
I started cooking since I was 12 years old. Then I started to take cooking class from
my secondary school for four years. I always wanted to be a chef when I was A high school
student, but then I took Bachelor of Science in Information Technology because both two of
my sisters already took Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management for their
course in college so they want me to take another course. The advantage of them taking
Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management is that they will help me to run my
business as they know about more on how to run a restaurant because my passion is cooking.
I always annoyed my mom that I really want to take Culinary Arts but she won’t allow me to
take it so I studied Information Technology then I took Culinary Arts because that is what I
love to do.
