Safety
1)Use face mask, hand gloves and keep social distancing when ever
possible
2)Wear Safety PPE
3)Use Fork lift with man gauge for working in height
4)Wear Safety harness while working in height
5)Deploy qualified supervisor, Crane operator and technicians for
assembling
6)Use proper lifting chains(slings) and shackles for lifting heavy objects
7)Use correct handling capacity cranes for assembling spreader, boom
counter weight and Lift cylinder
8)For Electrical Installation deploy qualified electrician
9)If any clarification required ,contact Cargotec service personal or MAU
1)Park the machine in the level surface
2)Before starting the assembly, make sure the parking brake is switch on

1)Align the counterweight with Chassis rear plate
2)Use M36X130 Length bolt with washer for Rear Counter weight mounting
3)Properly Tight the bolts (Tightening Torque 1400Nm)
Stage II-Top Counter weight Assembly

Chassis Bracket Fender Mountings
1)Align the counterweight with Chassis Bracket, Mud guard(Fender) and rear counterweight
2)Use M36X80 Length bolt with washer for Rear Counter weight mounting
3)Properly Tight the bolts (Tightening Torque 1400Nm)
Stage III-Boom and Lift Cylinder Assembly
1)Clean and apply a new grease in chassis hinge bore and Boom
bushings
2)Make sure ,rear part of the boom is slightly down as comparing the
front side .for that use lengthy chain or slings in rear side

Before inserting the pin Align all the chassis and boom bore
in Inline

1)Secure the pin with M20X55 length bolt with washer
2)Hold the boom with cranes until lift cylinder mounting

Valve is facing
towards inside
Align the cylinder bottom bore with Chassis bracket. ensure both lift
cylinder valve is facing towards inside

Mount the pin and secured with Lock plate and Bolts(M20X55
and washer)

Align the boom bracket and Lift cylinder by adjusting both the cranes(Crane
holding with Cylinder and Crane holding with boom. During this time cylinder is
very close with cabin. Take extra care for Cabin

Mount the pin and secured with Lock plate and
Bolts(M20X55 and washer)

Do the same in LH side

Check all Pin mountings and Lock plate tightness. Release both the
cranes.

1)Align the damping cylinder and mount the pins

Release the chains or slings after Damping Cylinder Mounting
Stage V-Hydraulic Connections
Connect the hoses as per the sequence marked. All the
hoses and fittings having face seals. Take care during
hose tightness
