Ingredients
for dalgona coffee mixture:
¼ cup instant coffee powder
¼ cup sugar
3 tbsp water
1 tsp cocoa powder for chocolatey flavour
for serving:
few ice cubes
2 cup milk chilled
Instructions
dalgona mixture preparation:
1. firstly, in a large bowl take ¼ cup instant coffee powder and ¼ cup sugar.
2. also, add 3 tbsp hot water and mix well.
3. mix well making sure everything is well combined.
4. now using a beater or whisk, beat on low speed.
5. make sure to beat in one direction so that air incorporates well.
6. continue to beat until the mixture lightens and thickens.
7. after 7-8 minutes the mixture turns creamy forming a smooth silky texture.
8. finally, dalgona mixture is ready, keep aside.
