It’s a great pleasure to receive a mail from you. I was totally in cloud nine

when I received your mail about our school organizing the International Youths Day.
Cool! That’s an awesomely wonderful plan. Everyone in the school, especially the
students are certainly going to feel jubilant. I’m pretty sure they must have already
put on their thinking caps by now.
Indeed Ms. Maryam, I agree that it is vital for us to practice healthy living.
In fact, I should say that the idea to initiate this programme kickstarted at the R2
right time. Most students were experiencing sedentary lifestyle during the ‘learn from
home’ period during lockdown since May this year. As such, encouraging healthy living
would surely be an added benefit when they come back to school. Kudos to your
brilliant idea, Ms. Maryam.
Allowing the students to help in organizing the program is a great idea! I am R3
very willing to help in any possible way. I would like to volunteer myself for
participate in match and games committee. I have experience for managed telematch
games and game booths since I’m working part time for my father’s events
entertainment such as family day, carnival and much more.
I would like to suggest to include a healthy cooking competition among the
students. Students will cook healthy but affordable foods. Accordingly, I would like
R4 to name the cooking competition “Healthy Cook-Off”. So, in the competition we only
open for 20 students that divided to 5 group, we will have 3 participance in one
group. The teachers are going to be the judges. And then, aerobics and Zumba for
students and school staffs is a nice way to start the program. We going to invite one
of the school alumni who is currently a famous Tiktokers and a Zumba Exponent.

I only have two questions regarding this program. I need you to help explain
about the participations for this programme. Would the committee members & school
students be awarded co-curriculum marks for their participations? Also, kindly let me
know if there are specific SOP to adhere for both outdoor & indoor activities.
