    DISTRICT REORIENTATION ON BLENDED LEARNING AND MULTIMODAL


    LEARNING DELIVERY CUM CRAFTING AND SUBMISSION OF SCHOOL, GRADE
    LEVEL, AND CLASS PROGRAMS REFLECTING BLENDED AND MULTIMODAL
    LEARNING DELIVERY

    All Elementary and Secondary Teachers
    All Others Concerned

    1. In compliance to Schools Division Memorandum No. 224, s. 2021, this Office announces the
    conduct of the District Reorientation on Blended Learning and Multimodal Learning Delivery
    cum Crafting and Submission of School, Grade Level, and Class Programs Reflecting
    Blended and Multimodal Learning Delivery via MS Teams on August 26-27 2021.

    2. The participants to this activity are all the school heads and teachers of the district.

    3. This activity aims to:


    a. enhance knowledge and understanding of school heads and teachers on blended
    and multimodal learning delivery;
    b. ensure that all school heads and teachers are prepared for the proper
    implementation of blended and multimodal learning delivery for SY 2021- 2022;
    c. includes in this activity are discussion on technical assistance (TA)
    concerns as stated in Office Memorandum dated June 24, 2021
    (thematic/ interdisciplinary teaching - integration of competencies
    to other learning areas; and distance learning delivery modalities
    vis-a-vis appropriate performance tasks and assessments)
    d. craft and submit school and grade level / class programs showing the
    operationalization of multimodal learning delivery and blended learning.
    4. The main output for submission at the end of the reorientation will be the school, grade level
    and class programs of schools for SY 2021-2022. Such outputs will be submitted to and
    consolidated by the School Head for submission to the PSDS who will submit the same to the
    SDO - CID for monitoring and supervision purposes. Soft copies will be uploaded to this

    5. Prior to this activity, School Heads are expected to have given each teacher their grade, class /
    section, and subject assignments and have pre-crafted their school/ grade level/ class
    programs reflecting blended and multimodal learning delivery.

    6. Enclosed herewith is the Training Matrix and the Technical Working Committee.

    7. Upon completion of the activity and submission of needed outputs and requirements, teacher-
    participants shall be entitled to service credits in accordance to DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003
    entitled "Updated Guidelines on the Grant of Vacation Service Credits to Teachers. On the
    other hand, if the activity falls on a weekend or official holiday, non-teaching personnel shall
    be provided with Compensatory Time-Off (CTO) per Civil Service Commission (CSC) and
    Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2004 on Non-
    Monetary Remuneration for Overtime Service Rendered.

    8. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Memorandum is desired.
