Teams Meeting as Guest on iOS and Android 
 

1. Locate the App Store or Play Store on your Device. (iOS on the left, Android 
on the right) 

 
 

 
2. Open the App and look for the Search button or bar, then search for and 
install Microsoft Teams. 
(iOS on the left, Android on the right) 

 
 
3. You will receive a Teams Meeting invite from Spindletop to the E‐mail 
address you provided. Open the E‐mail app that you use on your phone, 
locate the email, and click on Join Microsoft Teams Meeting. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
4. On iOS the Microsoft Teams app will launch automatically, some Android 
users will need to select Microsoft Teams to open after clicking the link.

5. Once Microsoft Teams opens, please select Join as a Guest. The app will 
prompt for Microphone access and you will select OK. Then you will enter 
your Name in the name field. 

 
 

 
 
 
 
6. Once you click Join Meeting, you will connect and wait for staff to allow you 
into the meeting room to see you. Once in the room, you can click on the 
camera button in the app and grant the app access for the provider to see 
you. You will see a preview of yourself on the bottom right of the screen.
