Ingressing into Quality


Total Quality Management and Good Manufacturing
Process are the core values of Aachi. We procure high
quality raw materials sourced from the best farmers all
over India and overseas. Stringent quality control
measures are applied followed by appropriate processing
that helps retain the quality checked raw material and are
taken to the production floor for processing. Roasted
spices are blended as per specially developed in-house
formulations and then packed in hygienically issued
quality packing materials. Cold Grinding Technology

Today, In addition to establishing factories at Ayanambakkam and Redhills in sub-urban Chennai, we have
also implemented state-of-the-art, hi-tech cold grinding Technology machinaries at Gummidipoondi- which
in turn processes around 50,000 metric tonnes of Spices and Spice Mixes oer annum. This facilitv 2:rinds
spices in a way that ensures aroma retention with a longer shelf-life.

Assertion on Food Safety


Food is Medicine - and hence safety and quality are fundamental pri­
orities for consumer health. Food safety and quality has now become
a necessity for consumers, retailers, manufacturers, food business
operators and regulators. Aachi has invested in establishing an R&D
centre titled - Scientific Food Testing Services P Ltd. (SFTS), for
food manufacturing divisions & industries to achieve the required
quality standards. SFTS endeavors to implement its state-of-the-art
facilities along with its high standards of testing methods in chemical
requirement and biological testing of food and food products.

The NABL accredited & FSSAI recognized laboratory comes fully equipped with hi-tech facilities for
chemical and biological analysis, not only in the food section but also other emerging sectors like biotechnol­
ogy, nutraceuticals and herbal research.
Aachi's hunger for growth keeps us constantly on the lookout for newer opportunities, with regard to product
ranges in the market.
Aachi Red Revolution
We have been partnering with pioneers in the agricultural industry
and laying groundwork for improving yield and quality of cash
crops. 'Nallakeerai' Jaganathan is one such visionary who has
been assisting us in converting 1,000 acres of agricultural land
into a high yield farm, where farmers will be provided with Govt.
subsidised seeds (Chilli Seedlings), knowledge of natural farming
impartation and how to avoid the use of fertilizers. Aachi Group
will provide them with maintenance such as barriers, tube wells,

sprinklers and agricultural machinery amounting to Rs 5 Lakhs
per month. And when the yield is ready, the farmers get to mark
their own price, usually at or above the fair market price depend­
ing on the quality.

Aachi, The Masala Giant


Today, Aachi has a manufacturing capacity of 120 metric tonnes of spices and spice mixes per day. The equip­
ments are state-of-the-art. This is backed by our continuous and relentless efforts in product and process
improvement, new product developments and implementing appealing package designs that are in line with the
changing global tastes. All incoming raw materials and packaging are tested for compliance to set specifica­
tions. All product flows are monitored on-line as part of Quality Assurance.
Aachi products are sold in almost every state in India. The Aachi brand has 200+ products with over 550+ Stock
Keeping Units (SKUs) as in the beginning of 2020. There are over 3500 exclusive sales agents (entrepreneurs)
and the brand is sold in over 1 Million retail outlets all over India.

Aachi's overseas presence in foreign markets too is ever expanding and enlarging!! Almost 200 of our products
are exported to more than 61+ countries - covering UK, US, UAE, Netherlands, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore,
Thailand and many others - with an addition of another 15 newer markets. We recognize the need for authentic
indian spices, gravies, pastes and other mixes amongst the indian diaspora abroad. We then act on bridging that
gap through the proper execution of resources between packaging, logistics and distribution to make sure our
products are available for purchase, to anyone worldwide, by just visiting their nearest local stores !!

It is no wonder that within a span of 22 years, Aachi has emerged as a successful pan Indian brand and is the
recipient of"India's No 1 Most Trusted Brand 2020" award from Trust Research Advisory. KPMG world con­
sulting and Research Corporation has also evaluated us as"Asia's Fastest Growing FMCG Brand" in 2014.
When compared to our competitors, brand Aachi has recorded a phenomenal growth within a short span of
time without compromising on quality. This is what has led us to climb this dominant position in the masala
