Rags&Riches FiveM Early Access Instructions

For installation to your windows FiveM server

Disclaimer: Does NOT work with restricted server hosting


services that don’t allow to launch a different executable.
YOU MUST HAVE ACCESS TO CHANGE FILES!
If you are using ZAP or similar you have not read the previous
disclaimers and you cannot use this with your server!

Step 1:

Step 2:
Place the zipfile in your FiveM server-data root (this is the folder that contains
server.cfg and the resources folder).

Step 3:
Unzip the archive in
this folder.
(Using WinRar: Right click and choose this extract here.
Verify that you are in the directory that contains the resources & cache folders)

Step 4:
Open the “mhc_config.cfg” file with your favorite text editor.
server_path C:\fivem-server\server
server-data_path C:\fivem-server\server-data

Change the value of “server_path” (highlighted in blue) to the folder that


contains FxServer.exe.
Now do the same for “server-data_path”. This time, change the value to the
folder that contains server.cfg, which is where you also placed the zip file
previously.

Example: you have a server-data path at “\txData\CFXDefault_6EDEC7.base”


Remove the placeholder path so the result becomes:
Server-data_path C: \FivemServer\txData\CFXDefault_6EDEC7.base

Step 5:
Add “rr” to the resources in server.cfg and save the file.

Step 6:
To play with Rags&Riches on your server, you must launch your server using
FXServerLauncher.exe (in your server-data folder)

Step 7:
The server will launch and you should be prompted to connect with discord in
your browser. It may occur that the server crashes, this is a common bug that
can be easily fixed by trying again until it works (it can take 5 tries or more).

End note:
The FiveM beta version is not yet compatible with Linux systems according to
our observations. We do plan to make Rags&Riches compatible with Linux.
The installer will ask to confirm your pledge via Discord once. After successfully
confirming, this won’t be necessary again.
Is the content not showing in game? Try replacing the cache files, this should fix
it in most cases.
