ViaTherm® is certified, highly developed thermoplastic


for a wide variety of normal, special and structural
marking tasks. The packaging is added directly to the
kettle as a binder and the organic pigments are not
harmful to the environment.

Over the years, GEVEKO has developed into a power-


ful, experienced partner in the road marking industry.
Today, we offer the ideal type of ViaTherm® thermo-
plastic for meeting every need. Our products are the
result of our and our customers’ experience from
applications all over the world.
High performance and long-lasting durability are the
characteristics of ViaTherm® thermoplastic, supplied
ready to use – without the admixture of any other che-
micals. ViaTherm® quickly hardens after application,
thereby minimising any disturbance of traffic.

Products
ViaTherm® can be applied by machinery using screed
box, extrusion or spraying or be used for handcrafted
tasks. ViaTherm® is available in blocks or sacks. ViaTherm®
is used for

2. Sacks 20.00 kg 54 per pallet. markings

The sacks themselves are included in ViaTherm® as a


binder and are added directly to the kettle.

ViaTherm® is suitable for type I and type II road mar-


kings.

Type I: ViaTherm® is developed and suitable for type


I markings. The glass beads added to the surface and
the beads in the molten plastic also provide enhanced
night visibility.

Type II: Through intensive, comprehensive research


and development, we have developed special types
of ViaTherm® for special and structural markings.
The markings increase traffic safety and ensure high
night visibility, even in rainy weather. The special
markings are designed so water runs off the markings
and the large glass beads break up the film of water.

Colours and the environment


ViaTherm® is available in the standard colours most
appropriate for traffic safety. This includes white,
blue, red, yellow and green, but other colours are also
available on request. The organic pigments used in
the product are not harmful to the environment, nor
are any other components in ViaTherm® harmful to
the environment.

Competencies and certifications


A primary element of our quality assurance is the
certification according to ISO 9001. Similarly, because
ViaTherm® has been tested and authorised according
to several international programmes, it is used in
many different countries. ViaTherm® has international
certificates in countries like Belgium (ATG), France
(NF), Germany (BASt), Holland (Kiwa), Czech Republic,
Poland, Bulgaria and Iceland.

Our modern, flexible manufacturing facilities and our


extensive laboratory-based research and develop-
ment maintain these international authorisations.
Our efforts in the laboratory and on the production
line also ensure that we are continually developing
new, highly advanced products. We achieve this
high quality by means of a uniform manufacturing
process, frequent quality control and countless road
tests. ViaTherm® is available in the standard RAL
colours of yellow, red, green, blue, white and black
