ANNOUNCEMENT
*** Commonwealth Scholarships (PhD)-2021 are offered under the below-mentioned Six
Development Themes and the candidates must apply under one of these themes:

• Science and technology for development;


• Strengthening health systems and capacity;
• Promoting global prosperity;
• Strengthening global peace, security and governance;
• Strengthening resilience and response to crises;
• Access, inclusion and opportunity.

*** The selected candidates are requested to fill-up the EAS (Electronics Application System)
Form through the website of the Commonwealth Commission by 18th January 2021 (UK Standard
time & date). The selected candidates are also requested to submit a Hard Copy (Printed Copy) of
the filled EAS Form (the copy submitted by a candidate himself/herself to the Commonwealth
Commission) to the office of the Secretary, UGC by 22nd January 2021 (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM).

**** The selected candidates are requested to fill-up the EAS Form writing by the name of the
MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, BANGLADESH as the Nominating Agency.
