In partial fulfillment of our subject: Inquiries, Investigations and Immersion, we grade 12 students of
Lyceum of Aparri namely; Steven Kyle Palapuz, Cathrine Jayne Talamayan and Rebecca Azaleah Dulay
would like to ask permission to conduct a survey with your students.
Our Research which is entitled: Natulog ka na ba?: The Prevalent Increase of Sleep Deprivation among
Highschool Students during Community quarantine, aims to Show the relationship between the Sleeping
Schedule of Students and the implementation of community quarantine and to understand why Student
are more likely to endure Sleeping Deprivation during Community Quarantine. We have chosen your
Gracious Institution because it caters bot Synchronous and Asynchronous modalities of learning, which
are relevant factors to our study.
In connection with this, we would like to request permission from your good office to conduct our survey
at your school. Rest assured that the information we collect will be kept strictly confidential and used for
academic purposes only.
We believe you share our eagerness to complete the requirement as part of our subject’s compliance.
