Working from home provides flexibility and increased discipline but can lead to isolation. The key advantages are that employees can work remotely and set their own schedules. However, working from home also makes it difficult to separate work and personal life due to distractions in the home environment. Employers should organize frequent online meetings to maintain communication and collaboration among remote workers to prevent feelings of isolation. With mutual effort from employers and employees, working from home can be as effective as working in an office.

Advantages and disadvantages of working from home
The outbreak of coronavirus pandemic makes us to change our lifestyle
considerably, such as studying, working,.. People are forbidden to go out of their house for preventing from the expanding of the virus. A lot of workers have to work from home instead of office. This kind of working has given us the flexibility to get on with our working. However, the pros and cons of working from home is in dispute. In this passage, I would like to explain my viewpoint about this topic. As I have mentioned, we are flexible when we working from home. Employee can work in remote location and the time is flexible such as earlier, later or whenever they want to work. Secondly, they can increase their sense of discipline. There seems to be no complaining from their boss to make them work effectively, so they have to make a plan and try hard to work productively or they will get into bad habits. As the technology is getting more and more reliable, there will be some online conference where we can bounce the ideas to each other without facing face to face or going anywhere. We also reduced the pressure off the transport costs and rush-our traffic when working from home. These benefits are absolutely attractive. On the contrary, the disadvantages of working from home can dramatically affect their working-ability. Although working in their own environment is relax but it leads to the felling of isolation. Workers may feel disconnect to their co-workers, so the employers should organize more team meeting online or the online conference to make sure that there will not any breakdowns in communications. this also a good solution to for everyone to express their idea better than before. I think it quite hard to keep home and working life separated when working like that. Your home become your ‘’working office”, there will be a lot of elements that distracting them from working and vice versa. After all, working from home is the best solutions for all employee during this time. They can develop their discipline as the most important skill to work alone. However, they also feel the isolation whilst they hard bounce the ideas to their colleagues. I think we can handle these distractions if both employers and employees take in to their own responsibilities, the working effectiveness will as good as working in office.
