Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has granted Authorization to Centre for Aerospace
Research (CASR), MIT Campus, Anna University to commence a Remote Pilot Training Organization
(RPTO) for conducting Remote Pilot Training Course in accordance with DGCA regulations and issue of
Certificate/License.
CASR is proposing to recruit the following Project/Consultancy staff (Temporary) posts smooth

Terms and Conditions:

 The shortlisted candidates will be evaluated based on the Qualification Requirement provided
through UAV flying (wherever applicable), personnel and technical interviews.
 The Date and Venue of the Interview will be intimated through phone/mail
 The tenure of the present temporary appointment, if selected will be for a duration of 4 years and
can be considered for extension based on the performance.
 Selected candidates will be required to work anywhere in India as instructed.
 The emoluments shown against each post is based on the number of minimum trainees anticipated
and incentives can be granted to a maximum of 10% or can be curtailed depending on the
participation of number of trainees since, RPTO is a self-sustaining Organization. Efforts will also
be made to provide an increment of 10% to 20% every year on the emoluments shown against
each post.
 No Travelling Allowance or any other allowances is applicable for attending the interview.
 The Tentative Interview date will be on 14th August 2021 and the interview information will be
communicated either through E-mail or Telephone.
 The Interview will be conducted in person at Centre for Aerospace Research, MIT campus, Anna
University, Chromepet, Chennai - 600044.
