Model of organizations because in Organization Network Model, the Executive Team sets policy and goals, approves resources, and evaluates results, while semi autonomous Functional Teams and Independent Workers manage ongoing programs/lines of business, new development projects, and team-specific resources. 3. Who are stakeholders in the EA program and associated activities and might they want to resist the EA program and associated activities? ● Those who are affected by the EA program are called “EA stakeholders” and they are the ones most likely to resist the program and/or changes that are perceived to be the product of the EA program. 4.
