Create a more concise, streamlined, and aesthetically appealing annual report which can also be
utilized for advertisement and branding, and have it done and distributed by November 15th. The
project's goal is to create a new yearly report template that will help researchers raise finances
and donations. The present lengthy black-and-white report will be substituted with a colorful,
easy-to-read publication that enhances the effectiveness of the foundation's research and its
influence on people's health.

Inside a unified framework, the project's work can be separated into smaller and smaller work
pieces. Using a work breakdown structure (WBS) can allow the project manager ensure that
almost all products and work pieces are identified and that the project is integrated into the
existing organization. WBS allows the organization to combine the actual and budgeted costs of
reduced work items into bigger work elements in order to monitor performance.

5. Develop an estimated duration for each activity:

Managers offer different levels of surety in their time estimate for the numerous activities that
make up a project. Predetermined assumptions are obtained when time estimations can be
established in such a level of confidence. Probabilistic estimates are estimations that are
vulnerable to change. Managers generate 3 estimates for each action when adopting the
estimation procedure: an enthusiastic estimate, a pessimistic estimate, and the approximate.
Determine how long each process will take. However, weeks are the common measurement of
time for culmination. One of the PERT distinguishing advantage also available for knob of
confusion of the activity in finishing time. Clinch which pathway is being crucial.
