This course will provide experiences in a variety of physical activities for the purpose of optimizing health. Specifically, this
course will provide context for aesthetic experience and the opportunity to develop personally, socially, and physically through

participation in rhythmic gymnastics in a safe environment. Student competencies in movement education shall be determined
by a demonstration of a self-designed rhythmic gymnastics routine.

Course Learning At the end of the course, the students must have:
