Nano Tank Aquascaping Competition

Background

The Singapore Garden Festival (SGF) Horticulture Show will take place from 9 to 31 October.
This event will be a showcase of horticultural excellence and will comprise a mix of landscape
and plant exhibits, horticulture and aquascaping competitions, retail and workshops.

The Nano Tank Aquascaping Competition and Display aims to showcase the beautiful world
of underwater gardens, where aquatic plants together with accessories like rocks and wood
are creatively and delicately curated to create a pristine rainforest or scenic mountain range
display. Visitors will have a chance to admire the displays created by local masterscapers.

This competition is open to all aquascaping enthusiasts. We welcome interested participants

to submit their application forms for shortlisting.

16 shortlisted participants will be given one day (21 October 2021, 10 am to 6 pm) to create
an aquascaping showcase within a 30cm x 30cm x 30cm cube tank. Shortlisted participants
will each be provided with an aquarium tank set to design and set up their display on-site.
