1.WHATS IS PSA?
Group PSA (Groupe PSA) is a French car manufacturer and one of the world's largest
companies in the automotive sector. Its main market is the European Union and its main
subsidiaries include well-known brands such as Peugeot, Citroën, Opel, Vauxhall and DS.

The car group was born in 1976 with the absorption of Citroën by Peugeot. In 2014, they
founded the new brand DS Automotive, which manufactures cars based on Citroën models but
with higher quality finishes. In 2017, they bought the entire business in Europe from General
Motors for 2.2 billion euros and the Opel and Vauxhall brands became part of the group,
making the PSA Group the second largest car group in Europe and one of the largest
worldwide.

2. WHAT IS THE VISIBLE FACE OF THE COMPANY (in Spain)?

Every company has a responsibility in each country which is in charge of CSR. In Spain, the
person in charge of carrying out this work is Rocio Lopez, Director of Human Resources for
Peugeot, Citroën and DS for Spain and Portugal, and for the Madrid Production Center of
Group PSA.

3. HOW DOES THE PSA GROUP DEFINE ITS OWN SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
POLICY?
The Social Responsibility of the PSA Group is oriented towards four main objectives: to provide
innovative sustainable mobility solutions for customers, minimize the environmental impact of
our activities and products, contribute to the social and economic progress of the territories,
and ensure the development and well-being of our workers.

All the people who is part of the company share the same ambition to lead the responsible
behaviour of the automotive sector, and also promote that of customers, suppliers, and
citizens in general, creating shared value at an economic, social and environmental level in the
160 countries where we are present. In other words, people - be they workers, clients or
citizens in general - are the priority of the PSA Group.

4. WHAT ARE THE CSR CONTRIBUTIONS THEY HAVE MADE?

The PSA Group has a Social Responsibility policy fully integrated into its corporate strategy and
culture. This means that all the people who are part of the company are, individually and
collectively, committed to responsible social development in their daily activities.

4.1. ACTIONS FOR THE WORKERS OF THE PSA GROUP.

What people demand, whether they are workers or customers, has changed: they are no
longer looking only for the best price or the best salary. They increasingly value other issues:
quality of life, and emotional bond with the product or service ... Social Responsibility, more
than a policy, has become an attitude that has permeated the PSA Group where it is developed
from beginning to end as part of our strategy.

When it comes to involving workers in the Social Responsibility policy, the PSA Group
encourages the celebration of United Nations World Days related to certain priority topics:
Diversity and Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, Solidarity, Environment, etc. .

In the celebration of World Days, widely creative and interactive initiatives are organized, such
as Testimonies on Disability, Slogan Contests on Environment, Health and Safety, Solidarity
Cake on the occasion of Women's Day in favour of the association “Together against domestic
violence ”, put on a badge with the
slogan“ There is a way out ”of the
national campaign against Gender
Violence, Conferences, etc.

4.2. ACTIONS RELATED TO THE ENVIRONMENT.
The PSA Group is strongly committed to reducing the impact of its products and activities on
the environment. Thus, since 2006, we have adhered to the United Nations "Caring for
Climate", the meeting platform between companies and governments promoted by the Global
Compact in order to propose solutions to climate change, being the first automobile company
in do it.

If we talk about results, the PSA Group is the leader in reducing CO2 emissions with 104.4
grams of CO2/ km (average for European manufacturers: 120.9 g / km). The objective is that
60% of the ranges of the three brands emit less than 100 g / Km of CO2 in 2020. Currently,
more than 50% of the R&D budget is allocated to the development of technologies aimed at
improving performance environmental conditions of your vehicles.

A couple of applications are worth, as a result of this technological development: the PSA
Group is the first manufacturer that has generalized the use in all Euro 6 diesel passenger cars
of the SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) technology "BlueHDi", recognized as the most
effective technology. in the treatment of NOx. We also invented the particulate filter eleven
years before the Euro 5 standard made it mandatory for all car manufacturers in January 2011.
Furthermore, the PSA Group also aims to increase the use of eco-responsible, natural or
recyclable materials. , in the manufacture of their vehicles.

4.3. ACTIONS RELATED TO THE SOCIAL FIELD.

Undoubtedly, care for the most disadvantaged people is a priority axis of the PSA Group's
social responsibility policy. We regularly collaborate with the Food Bank with Kilo Operations
throughout the year and the “Great Collection” in December. In its last edition, the Peugeot
and Citroën brands donated a Peugeot 308, a Peugeot Boxer, a Citroën C4 Cactus and a Citroën
Jumpy, to help the volunteers.

Also last December, Citroën was for the third year one of the main sponsors of "I invite you to
dinner", a solidarity event in which a special dinner was served for more than 600 people
without resources at the Municipal Conference Center of Madrid. In addition to the financial
contribution, a group of workers from the PSA Group was part of the team of volunteers that
served the dinner.

Also noteworthy is Peugeot's collaboration with the Red Cross and the Aladina Foundation
through the annual “Free and solidarity winter control” campaigns: for each vehicle that goes
to the Official Services network, the brand gives its financial and material support in favour of
of the neediest children. Depending on the years, the aid took the form of a snack or school
support, or to pay for psychological support sessions for hospitalized children.

The PSA Group has its own foundation that develops its activity in the 160 countries where we
are present, providing material, economic and human support to projects that contribute to
the development of society related to insertion, education / culture, disability, or the
environment. Since the year of its creation, in 2011, the aid amounts to 7.2 million euros. To
date, more than 400 solidarity projects have received financial support, sponsored directly by
workers.

4.4. VALUE CREATED FOR ITS LONG-TERM INVESTORS.

Groupe PSA priority is to secure its long-term financial performance. The Group’s strategic plan
Push to Pass, unveiled in 2016, sets targets for its profitable organic growth. The operating
target for the period of 2019 – 2021 was updated when the 2018 annual results were
announced: to deliver an Automotive Recurring Operating Margin* of over 4.5% on average in
2019-2021. The Group is pursuing its financial performance targets through sustainable
business management. For its investors, it is intrinsically linked to:

-A stable and balanced capital structure that supports the rollout of strategic projects.

-A robust strategic plan designed to meet the mobility needs of all of the Group’s customers

-A proven ability to form partnerships with responsible and innovative companies, including
start-ups.

-A robust compliance and ethics system.

-A performance shared equally among all stakeholders
