teaching essential skills and attitudes. It’s a process where take place to stimulate

them motivation to learning.

5. We had been developing loving children, collective knowledge of experienced

teachers and to be warm but they hadn´t been enough; it is necessary, practices

based on intuition who had been preparing on well-being of students, that could
produce results as a characteristic of teaching: we need authentic relationships with

a) What are the major characteristics of Effective teachers?

To be an effective future teacher I consider the major characteristics of it is leadership

assuming a roll planning, motivating learners, building constructive learning groups,

managing students at classroom, and evaluating them their advances. They are daily

functions for us. Teacher had been an integral position at school, society and families or at

communities they practice. All this in order to, improve skills around human development

of students and educational community, so between personal well qualities, knowledge

base, social, reflection and repertoire, it complement. At the end, teachers had been roles

for leadership as provide planning, uses resources and allocate; instruction refer to

processes employ they give instruction every day and organization they teach school

community, integrally with parents, colleagues, school community.

b) What specific personal qualities are typically exhibited by effective teachers?

It is too important for teachers must also had been Passione by teaching that is inspiration

for their students to learn. It is by relationships with colleagues and other members of the

educational community; passion that school goals are developed. On the other hand, they

develop authentic, they let to create democratic classrooms. Effective teachers had been to

help children and adolescents to form an integral knowledge, stimulate motivation, develop

self-regulated students.

c) Why should a teacher’s repertoire of strategies be as diverse and flexible as

possible?
Some strategies for teacher´s repertoire are not limited to a few practices. This is in contrast

to some arguments to prove the superiority of one approach to another, no single approach

is consistent in all situations. They are appropriate, and if it choose a particular model refers

a teacher’s goals, specific group of students’ community values and expectations. Teachers

practices looked for a minimum model, strategies, and procedures in which had could

beginning repertoire. Models of teaching; others are rather simple procedures and methods.

d) What are the three major aspects of a teacher’s job?

They are: teacher leader to coordinate grupal work, they can control, being creative and

spontaneity; instruct activities in order to solve classroom problems it is more than specific

method to command, and organization it refers norms adquired teachers a main deal of

autonomy on their classroom work from their colleagues; students hadn´t been frequently,

participate in it because the school is politically, several unclear goals are that let to see the

variety values so permit of contemporary multicultural society.

Angelica Castellanos

a) What are the major characteristics of Effective teachers?

Must be mainly the abilities and knowledge in the area, a teacher must be professional

knowing the language to provide an optimal educational quality.

Also is important to respect the ethnicities and believes of all, being respectful is a tool that

you can use and teach all the time.

Loving your job while you are doing it, because it´s important to treat others as human been

and give them the possibility of loving what you´re teaching them.
b) What specific personal qualities are typically exhibited by effective teachers?

I think that the most effective qualities for a teacher are:

respect for others, love for their profession and continuous learning of the language.

c) Why should a teacher’s repertoire of strategies be as diverse and flexible as

possible?

It is important to be flexible with the students and with the pedagogy to be implemented,

since not all students learn with the same teaching method, so it is essential to know the

students and know what their greatest skills are to put them into practice and what to do.

This way it is not difficult for them to learn English.

d) What are the three major aspects of a teacher’s job?

The three most important aspects of a teacher, are: The leadership they have in the

management of their profession, without forgetting their professionalism and ethics.

Be a good mediator, in this way to be able to engage in a respectful conversation with

parents and to know how to measure possible events. And finally, be responsible with his

work.

Luisa Fernanda Vargas

a) What are the major characteristics of Effective teachers?

As I will be a future teacher, I consider that one of the main characteristics of a teacher

is the interest that their students learn and have the facility to make themselves

understood, we well know that not all students learn in the same way and not all learn

with the same speed. That is why I believe that one of the most effective characteristics

of a teacher is having the facility to be understood and to explain a good class, and I

think that to give a good class you have to organize and plan it.

b) What specific personal qualities are typically exhibited by effective teachers?

One of the effective qualities of teachers is authenticity and good human relationships

with their students, parents, and peers; in addition to having social justice with children

and adolescents.

c) Why should a teacher’s repertoire of strategies be as diverse and flexible as

possible?

A teacher must have many learning strategies since, as I said before, not everyone

learns in the same way, so he must create many possible ways in which his students

have meaningful learning and thus adapt to all the learning styles of the student body.

d) What are the three major aspects of a teacher’s job?

The major aspects of a teacher's job are: being a leader, providing direct instruction to

students, and I would say the most important is that they must know how to work with

colleagues, parents, and others to improve classrooms and schools as organizations.

CONCLUSIONS
According to our experience during the last practices and also de readings of the activity

guide, we can put in practices the importance of the management of different situations and

also how we can improve as professionals in our area.

Thanks to this activity, we will be able to count on some tips that will help us in our work

environment as teachers, as well as our experience as students or even parents (in the case

of some).
