INTRODUCTION

Our goal is to increase sales through online orders and delivery. Due to the

pandemic, consumers are aware of the virus and have confined themselves to their

homes, causing local eateries to lose money due to lack of dine-ins. Customers who

order online will not have to worry about waiting in line or interacting with other

people; delivery will also benefit them since they will avoid going out of because it will

be brought right to their houses. This will boost our sales, grow our consumer base,

and comply in health regulations. This is in line with the "new normal" that is currently

being used by local businesses to boost their sales tactics.

RATIONALE

The major goal of this initiative is to increase the firm's profit by allowing

customers to purchase and receive deliveries online. Staff and customers will continue

to follow health laws that are strictly enforced for everyone. Since the majority of

people are still concerned about their health, this effort may benefit both merchants

and consumers. This initiative has the potential to keep the company running even in

the middle of a public health crisis. Online selling also allows the company to function

without the requirement for a physical storefront, and it gives your clients more

freedom by allowing them to purchase your products at any time of day.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A. Goals and Objectives

A project proposal plan for 1 year which supports the local businesses in

the Philippines who are suffering from the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic but

has a strong desire to continue their business despite the situation.

If there's one thing that can't be ignored, it is the Covid-19 pandemic

which impacted the world. Including the economic, educational, technical, and

especially business concerns, that’s why we devised a strategy to assist us

increasing our revenues during this pandemic.

To achieve this goal, here are some of the specific objectives of the

project which are to be achieved successively:

(a) Improving their income and expand their business in the online world

during this pandemic which is in line with the new normal that businesses want

to achieve.

(b) Changing the techniques of meeting client needs, as a result of them

using the online platform in advertising their menus and to how they could

deliver the products to their houses

(c) Helping and supporting local businesses in the area as well as

providing excellent service to customers over the internet and delivery. Through

this, we are able to reach out to our customers in the middle of the pandemic.

We came up with the idea of online ordering to make things easier for our

clients, as well as delivery so they don't have to worry about going out.

B. Methods/Activities

Processes and actions taken by our business during the pandemic. We start by

assessing the scenario to see whether it would benefit both the client and our

organization, and then we come up with fresh and innovative ideas and

strategies to assist them adjust to the new normal and satisfy the demands of

our consumers. We utilize online shopping since it is more convenient for the

consumers to just scroll and tap to their devices and have the purchases

delivered accurately and immediately to the clients. Developing techniques like

these necessitates a lot of thought in order to satisfy the customers while also

increasing our revenues.

SUPPORT/BUDGET

This section contains the total budget needed for the implementation of the

project which is ₱ 126, 100. The sales of this will be a great help to those local business

that are suffering in the area.
