 Accounts Payable Implementation
o Set up and maintain vendor list, enter invoices, set up sales tax rates, use distribution
sets to distribute invoices, set up invoice approval process.
 Assets Implementation
o Set up entry of assets through quick, detail and mass additions method, maintain
construction-in-process assets list, calculate depreciation and also be able to handle
gain or loss from sale/disposal of asset.
 Receivables Implementation
o Enter and maintain customer information, set up transaction information, enter
invoices, debit memos and credit memos, application of customer receipts.

 Assist in the preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and other financial analysis for
the Company.
