Good day!
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on people’s mental health. Some groups, including health and other frontline workers,
students, people living alone, and those with pre-existing mental health conditions, have been particularly affected. And services for mental,
neurological and substance use disorders have been significantly disrupted. 1
In this regard and pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 452 issued on August 25, 1984, we then join in the celebration of the National
Mental Health Week with the World Health Organization's theme: "Mental Health Care for All: Let's Make it a Reality." During this
year’s campaign, it aims to highlight positive stories as an inspiration to others.
In relation to this, the Administrative Service-Human Resource Development Division is pleased to invite you to the free webinars organized by
