Dear Dr. Delantar,

Good day!

I am Leah Mae G. Nolasco, a 3rd-year B.S. Accountancy student. I am writing in


response to the memorandum issued pertaining to the conduct of online examinations,
which will require us to have two (2) devices when taking a major exam.

I would like to request for an exemption from complying with this requirement as
currently the area where I am residing has a poor internet connection, and having 2
devices with cameras turned on will all the more slow down my connection. The
connection is very unstable even with only 1 device, as shown in the image provided
below, showing the connection speed at our residential location.
I am, however, open to any alternative to this requirement which I can comply with. I
am sincerely hoping for your kind consideration to this request.
