KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, FE MELCHORA ALAM, of legal age, Filipino, single, a resident


of No. 28 Quezon St. Brgy Baesa, Caloocan City, Philippines, do hereby
name, constitute and appoint:

AILEEN A. CARIAGA, of legal age, Filipino, married and a


resident of Brgy Langatian, Roxas, Philippines.

To be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my name,


place and stead, to do and perform the following:

1. To enter into a contract of lease regarding my residential property


along the Highway of Brgy. Langatian, Roxas, Zamboanga del Norte;
and

2. To sign and receive all other necessary documents, payments and


other legal papers pertaining thereto.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-


fact full power and authority to do, perform and act whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, HEREBY
RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney shall lawfully
do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
