OVERVIEW
EY GDS, India is looking for qualified interns to join our Tax- Workforce Advisory (WFA) Practice team. Our WFA
India team is actively involved in the providing People Management consulting to various world class
organizations across the globe. EY seeks an intern who can participate in various stages of consulting in
Workforce Analytics domain.

The intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having
gained broad experience in various aspects of people consulting using analytics.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


 Be part of the WFA practice at EY. Experience and learn world class consulting best practices, working
on global client projects.
 Delivery: Work on global client projects as part of a global distributed team. Ensure quality of all work
outputs, timeliness and accuracy of content.
 Gain hands on experience in one or more areas in the Workforce Analytics domain.
 Support and assist development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to
enhance consulting skills and broader capability offering within the practice.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS


EY is looking for first year post graduate students who are majoring in Human Resources/Analytics

PREFERRED SKILLS
The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of MS
Office. Analytics & visualizations tools like Power BI, Advanced Excel will be considered when choosing the best
applicant for this internship position. The candidate should have prior knowledge of analytics and data concepts
and should be comfortable with large amounts of unstructured data. Prior analytics/consulting/ HR experience
will be an added advantage.
