we will learn the importance of governance in any organization and the principles
required for an effective corporate governance.

False. Since the idea of governance relies upon on the extent of governance that
changed into talked about, the desires to be carried out and approached being
followed. Hence governance may be utilized in numerous contexts along with
corporate governance, international governance, national governance and local
governance. Governance does not limit only to the government of a country.
Governance can also be applied even if you’re not in politics. Exercising of
governance help organizations effectively and efficiently allocate resources to
achieve good results. With that, I disagree that governance is exercised only by
the government of a country.
