I maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly, which keeps my immune system strong and allows me to have a reasonably high capacity during the health crisis. The crisis has dramatically changed my way of life by preventing me from socializing with friends and bonding with family in public as I once did. As a wise citizen, I must respect the country's institutions but also ensure the authorities are performing well for the benefit of society. It is important to obey laws while considering the welfare, interests, and future of the nation.

My physical attributes and capacity in the midst of health crisis

I moreover boost my immune system by maintaining a healthy diet that keeps my immune system
balanced and ready to fight against infection and viruses that also leads me to have a good weight. As
I also do some physical activities early in the morning and my health is also okay so my capacity in the
midst of crisis is reasonably great.

It has suddenly and deeply changed my way of life which I always often going on a short getaway to
hangout with my friends for some mental break and bonding with my family in public places and
having a regular face to face class, which I can’t go back to this way of life that is much way better
than it is presently.

It's our duty as citizens to protect our rights and participate politically. As a wise citizen I must respect
the institutions of this country but before I perform the respectfulness. Are the authorities are
performing well? If not, then he/she who should not perform his/her work well must pay the price of
his/her actions or manners. We all have rights to share our side so its better to be fair. More
importantly, I should obey the laws of the land. But I must also keep in mind the welfare of the state,
the benefit of society and the long term interests of the nation. As a citizen, it is a must to always
keep in mind to the future of this country.
