The questions outlined below can be used to help identify an individual's limiting beliefs.
Those that were used in the demonstration are included along with a few others to help
you gain further clarity and insight into a person's situation. 

1) What is a limitation or problem that has held you back for a while?

2) What is it that you want in this area of your life, except something is stopping you from
doing it or getting it?

3) What is it that is REALLY stopping you from getting what you want in this area of your life?

4) This is a problem because?

5) And this means? (Repeat as many times as necessary)

6) What must you believe that makes this problem even exist?

7) What is it you believe about YOURSELF that has made this a problem?

8) What is it you believe about the WORLD that has made this a problem?

9) What is this problem an example of?

10)...and what is THIS an example of?

11) When was it that you decided your problem was a problem (approximately)?

12) At what point in your life did you buy into this idea?

13) What decision did you make that caused this problem to be born?

14) What does this problem mean to you?

15) What rules have you created in your life that could be limiting your ability to take action
against this problem?

17) What negative thoughts reoccur in your head every time you think about pursuing what
you actually want?

18) What unnecessary assumptions do you make about committing to this thing that you
want and achieving it?

19) What cultural or stereotypical beliefs are you allowing to hold you back?

20) Are there any values that you're holding onto that interfere with you? Do you value
something that contradicts what you want to move toward?

20) What will your life be like when you no longer have this problem?
