Here is my analysis of the situation applying Rawls' theory of justice and Kant's moral philosophy: Applying John Rawls’ theory of justice in taxation, I do not think it is entirely fair for some taxpayers not to receive the "ayuda". Rawls' difference principle states that economic inequalities are justified only if they improve the situation of the least advantaged members of society. While the SAP aims to help the most vulnerable, excluding some taxpayers who also face hardship seems to violate this principle. However, resources are limited so prioritizing the most in need may be necessary from a consequentialist perspective. Overall, there are reasonable arguments on both sides.
