EIGHT: Other Patterns 1

REIMPRINTING

1. Identify a limiting belief or impasse the client is experiencing

Verbalise and elicit th.e kinesthetic sulbmodalities associated with the
experIence

2. Back track on a kinesthetic Timeline to the earliest root cause of the belief

3. Step of the Timeline .

C)
4. Elicit the leamings, the secondary gain and the effects of the impasse on the
future

5. Identify the significant others in the event

6. Use second position to identify the positive intention of significant others

7. Identify the resources needed by each person

8. Starting with the child, anchor resources (dissociated from TimeLine) and
then ask client to step into the Timeline as you hold the anchor

Calibrate to the change as the client experiences the resources

C; 9. Repeat the above for the significant others

10. Client steps back into the Timeline and experiences the
Re-Imprint with new resources

11. Walk slowly back to now along the Timeline updating the impasse with
the new resources

12. Test in the present

NEW BEHAVIOUR GENERATOR

1. Identify new behaviour the person wants.

2. Build a resource anchor with components of the behaviour. You can stack or
chain the anchors.

c\)
3. Client creates a movie - where he/she lives out the behaviour. View the
movie dissociated.

4. Client does an unconscious congruency check for ecology.

5. Client steps into the movie to fire the anchors.

c 6. Ask unconscious to take responsibility for implementing the change.

7. Test - run the movie in the future.

ALIGNMENT THERAPY

• Use £or events that have not fully healed using usual TimeBased Techniques
., Where the client is analytical and is giving you a lot of Ad
• Where there is incongruity about letting go of the emotion
• Where the client needs content to release

Outline

0
l. Elicit outcome

2. Identify the conflict

3. Chunk up on the conflict until you reach the highest positive intention

4. Ratify the incongruity between the conflict and its highest intention

5. Identify when the incongruent part was created. Dissociate the client as
an adult observing the younger them at the time the part was created in
front of them

6. Heal the incongruity

C)
7. Reintegrate the healed part

8. Test

ALIGNMENT THERAPY

1. Elicit outcome

''}iVhat do you want? "

2. Idlentify the conflict

"Is your unconscious mind willing to give you an absolute experience

o that will let you know you have changed? "

If you get "yes" accompanied with aligned physiology, your client is

congruent about the change.
If your client says "no" or "I'm not sure" or you observe incongruent
verbal and non verbal behaviour, then you have identified a conflict.

3. Chunk up on the conflict until you reach the highest positive

intention
"What is the purpose of the "no" doubt, etc?"

Chunk up until you reach the non mirror image reverse of the "no"
response ofproviding an absolute experience of achieving your outcome
The level you chunk to will be higher than protection or safety.
o 4. Ratify the incongruity between the conflict and its highest intention

"Do you realise that what this part is doing is in direct conflict with its
highest intention? "

"'Does this part ofyou realise what it's doing is in direct conflict with its
highest intention? "

ALIGNMENT THERAPY
5. Identify when the incongruent part was created. Dissociate the client
as an adult observing the ymllmg them in front of them, anchor adult
resources

Identify:
"] dan 't knaw haw lang this part afyau has been araund, but it certainly
daes nat have the camplete understanding yau have as an adult naw, ar
yau wauld have already changed, sa haw aId is this part, abaut what
age?"

Dissociate:
"Just gO' ahead and imagine ar think afyaurself at age ___ way aut
there in frant and dawn belaw yau "

AlIlchor Adult Resources:

'']vaw befare yau gO' any further, there are afew things yau might want to'
cansider: Yau knaw a lat mare things NOW, that the yaunger yau didn't
knaw. Yau have came thraugh many mare experiences than the yaunger
you. Yau may even be much bigger than the yaunger yau dawn there"

6. H,eal the incongruity

Diialogue:
"GO' ahead and help that yaunger yau understand what (s)he is daing is
nat in alignment, ar supparting, ar aligned with it's highest intentian.
Speak to' it as yau wauld anyane age_ _because yau knaw better than
anyane what needs to' be said. Say] am fram yaur future, ] knaw things
you have yet to' learn .... "

Permission to heal:
"jVaw that the yaunger yau understands, is it OK to' let gO' afthe
ematianlprablem and begin the healing naw?
(ifyau get a "nO''' respanse, chunk up as in step 4)

Healing:
Just imagine an infinite saurce afhealing light with an infinite saurce af
(highest intentian) infinite being, mare than yau cauld ever tatally .

into your body, filling every cell in your body, and out ofyour heart into
the younger you out there, filling him/her with the healing light and
(highest intention), until he or she is totally healed"

7. RI~integrate the healed part

"]vow, ifyou have not already, just go ahead and give the younger you a
hug, and reintegrate with him/her. Let him/her come back inside you and
grow and evolve up (do a progression through the developmental ages)
with all the new resources of l ) and all the learnings (S) he
has now, until you meet as one at age _ __

FAST PHOBIA

(Optional) Establish a resource anchor.

1. Acknowledge one-trial learning and client's ability to learn.

n 2. Discover strategy used for having phobia.

3. Create dissociation by using movie screen metaphor. Watch first event on

the movie screen.

4. Use projection booth to create double dissociation.

5. Run the movie fast forward from projection booth in black and white,
starting from where client was safe and ending where client was safe. White
or black out the area where the phobia was created.

o 6. Have the client associate into the memory and run it backwards in colour to
the beginning.

7. Repeat steps 5-8 until the client can't get the feeling (K) back.

8. Check ecology. If necessary use a swish.
