ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT/PLAINTIFF.

HON’BLE SIR,

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWTH:-

1. That the plaintiff/applicant has filed accompanying


suit and the same is pending for disposal before this
Hon’ble court and fixed for today.

2. That one temporary connection installed at the suit


property for electricity consumption and this hon’ble
already granted the interim injunction with the
condition of deposit of 65% amount against the
impugned theft bill and plaintiff has already
deposited the same.

3. That the construction work of the suit property has


been completed and the plaintiff wants to install
permanent electricity connection for electricity
consumption so, he applied the electricity connection
at the office of defendant however the defendant
officer refused it and advised him to bring the court
order for the installation of new electricity
connection.
4. That now the plaintiff request to this hon’ble court
for giving the direction to the defendant for
installing the fresh electricity connections at the
suit property as per the requirement of plaintiff.

Prayer:

It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this


hon’ble court may kindly be allow the application in
this case in the interest of justice.
