Climate Change and Global Warming
Climate Change and Global Warming
What can people and nations do to fix global warming? Give five contributions you can
personally achieve and three potential contributions on a national or international scale.
Worst scenario that could happen after 100 years if the global warming continues
is that the environment could completely destroyed and no life would be left. One
of the worst scenarios, aside from the increase in the temperature, is the diminish
of oxygen due to deforestation and continues destruction of organisms that gives
oxygen. According to the study, we, humans predominantly use oxygen from
marine plants and plant-like organisms. Imagine destroying all of it, with the current
population of the world, no one could survive. If we continue to destroy the nature,
nature cannot save us in the future. We need the trees, plants, animals for food,
more than it needs us. They can live without humans, but us, humans cannot live
without it. Without humanity, soon, there will be no human at all. People already
get too much from the nature. People destroyed mountains to build buildings.
These buildings cannot save us. The possible consequences of climate change is
beyond from what we can imagine; the kind of death we will never want to
experience. An immediate action and everyone's effort is necessary to save the
environment. All depends on human.
In viewing the short term, the one who will mostly benefit is the business sectors.
Business man always sees opportunities in every negative circumstance
happening. They might create a product, services, equipment, and sell it to the
public to save their lives against global warming. Other nations can also be
winners. Global warming can increase mortality rate because of health-related
issues, and an increase in mortality rate to overpopulated nations is actually a win
situation. Climate change can also push businesses or governments to acquire
labor for environmental projects, thus, giving people employment.
