B. Complete the table below

Stages of Mitotic Division Events

1. Interphase That is where cell grow, replicates DNA, and
doing its daily cell function
2. Early Prophase This is where centrioles starting to move, and
spindles are starting to form.
3. Late Prophase begins with the abrupt fragmentation of the
nuclear envelope into many small vesicles that
will eventually be divided between the future
daughter cells.
4. Metaphase through a cellular "tug of war," the cell's
chromosomes arrange themselves in the cell's
center. Sister chromatids are chromosomes that
have been replicated and remain connected at a
central place called the centromere.
5. Early Anaphase The chromatids abruptly split and move
towards the spindle poles during early anaphase
or Anaphase. This is accomplished by shortening
the spindle microtubules, with the kinetochores
bearing the brunt of the stress.
6. Late Anaphase During anaphase, each pair of chromosomes is
separated into two identical, independent
chromosomes. The chromosomes are separated
by a structure called the mitotic spindle.
7. Telophase To divide the nuclear DNA from the cytoplasm,
a nuclear membrane grows around each set of
chromosomes during telophase. The
chromosomes start to uncoil, making them less
compact and scattered.
8.Cytokenesis This is when the cytoplasm divides into two
daughter cells. The genetic compositions of the
