Course Description:

By the end of this course, the learner will demonstrate the ability to plan and implement different types of personal fitness programs, demonstrate
competency in two or more lifetime activities (outdoor pursuits, individual performance activities, net/wall games, etc.), describe key concepts associated
With successful participation in physical activity, model responsible behavior while engaged in physical activity and engage in physical activities that meet
the need for self-expression, challenge, social interaction and enjoyment.

Course Learning Outcomes:


At the end of the course the student must be able to:

1. Show appreciation of the role of mathematics in recognizing patterns in life;


2. Identify basic mathematical problem solving strategies, including use of formulas;
3. Demonstrate understanding of the use of logic in the management of personal finances, using codes in data transmission, responsible use of limited
resources and in working with quantitatively-referenced problems;
4. Perform simple data analysis;
5. Use of computing technology or applications.

1. All announcements will be made at the beginning of lecture. This will include schedules for the next lecture, tasks and consultations.

4. Completion of all requirements of the course will be the basis for the grades at the end of the semester.
