What affirmations/statements can I use?

5 tips for coming up with your affirmation/statement

1. Be clear with it. The clearer you are when asking the universe the better your
chance of manifesting ​exactly​ what you are asking for.
2. Keep it short. You are asking the universe a total of 2775 times over the course of
the 5 days so don’t make it too long. Once sentence or two short ones is enough.
Trust me!
3. Keep it simple, and easy to remember as you are writing it. The trick of the method
is to write it ​exactly​ the same each time, so don’t overcomplicate it.
4. Write something out that stirs up good feelings in you and excites you
5. Make it believable. I don’t mean you have to dream small here, Just ensure that
you have your belief in place before you start. Remember anything is possible.

6 tips for writing out your affirmation/statement

1. Although you can type these out on your computer, the method is so much more powerful when you
handwrite it out.
2. Try to do it at roughly the same time each day if you can.
3. Write in the present tense (not the past), even though it hasn’t happened yet.
4. Allow yourself plenty of time. Whether you are a slow or a fast writer, don’t rush it, (even if it gets tempting).
5. Spend a few moments before doing each days filing out the reflective question at the top of the page. This
will help get you in the right mood for doing this method.
6. Enjoy it. Go into it with a fun attitude and don’t ever look at it as a chore.
