Photos of artworks cannot capture the real color, the lighting affects the real mood, and

the brushstrokes aren’t visible. The thickness and layers of coat of paint can express more than
just looking at a flat image. The painting may look great from a picture but there is more in it
when seen personally. Aside from paintings, musical performances are better appreciated when
experienced in live. The energy and devotion of the artist can be felt, and it tingles the
emotions that tears start to fall. This feeling is rarely felt when listening to music through
phone. Similar with theatrical plays, the feeling of being one of the audience watching (lucky if
seated nearer) cannot be replaced by watching video clips of their performance. The setting,
mood, lighting and all other aspects of live performances are hard to replicate in videos.
