Course Title : HUMAN BEHAVIOR IN ORGANIZATION

Course Description: This Course introduces the students to the factors affecting the behavior of
individuals and groups in organizations focusing on the specific factors that tend to explain
behavior of individuals, groups, and organizations. Various theories and models of organizational
behavior, work group behavior, motivation in life and work, and human relations among others
are discussed and related to organization practices and occurrences.
Student Learning Outcomes:
At the end of the course, the student is expected to attain the following competencies:
1. Describe the basic foundations and assumptions of Organizational Behavior;
2. Demonstrate awareness of oneself and sensitivity to others to relate to them effectively;
3. Apply concepts and principles to situations to alleviate human problems in organizations;
4. Analyze situational problems related to the organization and human behavior and apply
familiarity with their knowledge and experiences in appropriate real-life situations.

of the subject;
✓ Students are expected to take quizzes, submit assignments and activities at the scheduled
time; late submissions correspond to point deductions;
✓ Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. All literature used in any requirement must be cited
properly;
✓ Cheating in any requirement shall be subject to penalty in accordance with the University
