NETI Programme
(New & Emerging Talent Initiative)
What are we looking for?
• Talented, motivated, results oriented
individuals with the willingness and
availability to be assigned to any
UNICEF office around the world
including serving in emergency and
hardship duty stations

• Completed Masters degree (or
advanced university study equivalent) in
a relevant field
• 2 to 6 years relevant work experience
both at the national and international
level
• English and working knowledge of
another UN official working language

Chinese); other languages (e.g.
Portuguese) are also an asset.

NETI is a 2 year programme comprised of a 1-month assignment at UNICEF
NYHQ and a 23 - month assignment in an office globally:
