4.1 Plants Response to Stimuli (Tumbuhan Bergerak Balas terhadap Rangsangan)
1. Plants respond to stimuli such as light, water, gravity and touch. (Tumbuhan bergerak balas terhadap rangsangan iaitu cahaya, air, graviti dan sentuhan)
Activity 1 / Aktiviti 1 Aim : To investigate if shoots responds to light Tujuan : Menyiasat gerak balas pucuk terhadap cahaya. Hypothesis : Shoots respond to light Hipotesis : Pucuk bergerak balas terhadap cahaya. Conclusion : Shoots respond to light by moving towards the light. Kesimpulan : Pucuk bergerak balas terhadap cahaya matahari dengan bergerak ke arah cahaya.
Activity 2 / Aktiviti 2 Aim : To investigate if roots responds towards water. Tujuan : Menyiasat gerak balas akr terhadap air. Hypothesis : Roots respond to water Hipotesis : Akar bergerak balas terhadap air. Conclusion : Roots respond to water by moving towards the wet tissue Kesimpulan : Akar bergerak balas terhadap air dengan bergerak ke arah tisu basah NOTES / NOTA
Activity 3 / Aktiviti 3 Aim : To investigate if roots responds to gravity Tujuan : Menyiasat gerak balas akar terhadap gravity. Hypothesis : Roots responds to gravity. Hipotesis : Akar bergerak balas terhadap graviti Conclusion : Roots respond to gravity by moving downwards. Kesimpulan : Akar bergerak balas terhadap gravity dengan bergerak ke arah bawah mengikut gravity.
Activity 4 / Aktiviti 4 Aim : To investigate if leaves respond to touch Tujuan : Menyiasat gerak balas daun terhadap sentuhan Hypothesis : The mimosa pudica leaves respond to touch Hipotesis : Daun pokok semalu bergerak balas terhadap sentuhan. Conclusion : The mimosa pudica leaves respond to touch by closing itself. Kesimpulan : Daun pokok semalu bergerak balas terhadap sentuhan.dengan menguncup apabila disentuh. EXERCISE/ LATIHAN
