How to Use

Questbase

Website

• Visit the following website from any computer, tablet or smart phone with a stable
internet connection

• www.questbase.com/a/emstraining.ems

• You will be directed to the login page

How to Log In

User: Your Corp Number with 0 (example:


012345)

Password is set to: HMCAS1234


You should change it after you log in for the
first time.

Logging in

• Username: Your Corp. number with the leading zero


– e.g. 028019

• Password: HMCAS1234

• Click: Sign in

Changing Your Password

• In the top, right corner of the home page you will see your name

• Click on your name

• Type your new password into the “Password” and “Confirm Password” sections
• Ensure that they match

• Click OK

• Remember to sign in with your new password for all future logins

Homepage
• The homepage will show all the tests you have been assigned to take
• When you are ready to take the test click Start

Starting the Assessment
• It will ask if you are sure you want to begin the assessment
• If you are click Yes

Completion of the Assessment
• Once you have completed the assessment you will see the Submit button at
the bottom, right hand side the page
• Before clicking submit you are able to go back through the assessment and
change any answers as required
• Please ensure you have answered all questions and are happy with your
answers before clicking submit

Clicking Submit
• After clicking Submit, if you are sure you are ready to submit
your answers, click OK when the confirmation message
appears

Results
• Once you have submitted your assessment you will immediately be taken to the
results page
• It will display the Assessment Title, Date, Time, Pass/Fail and your Score (%)
• For Fall Safety, you are required to obtain 80% to pass
• Should you get a result below 80% you are required to re-take the assessment
• You have 3 attempts to pass the assessment

Re-taking the Assessment
• If you are required to re-take the assessment, return to the Home page

Show Hidden Enrollments
• Select “Show hidden enrollments” from the dropdown box

Re-Taking the Assessment
• You will then see the assessment available for you to retake
• Click Start and follow the same procedure as above
