    Subject: HEAVY LEAKAGE from CEILING in my FLAT A/12

    The Office Bearers,


    In continuation with my letter dated 24-December-2018 on the same subject, please note
    that despite repeated follow-up there is not any action taken to stop this leakage by
    anyone. This leakage is now completely dampened our bathroom, toilet, and kitchen. The
    bathroom walls are so wet and dampened due to this leakage that the electric water geyser
    has fallen, spoiled, and giving electric shock also. This is quite alarming and has become a
    real threat for wellbeing of myself and my family.
    By this letter we seek intervention by society to take necessary action to stop the leakage
    immediately. As there is no co-operation and any efforts by the overhead flat owner Mr.
    Naresh Mojidra to stop this very long leakage, I request society to intervene to stop this
    leakage immediately. Please appoint expert plumber / civil contractor to find solution to
    this leakage and summon the member for getting required work done to stop the leakage.
    Also society should get the external leakage work completed immediately if any as claimed
    by Mr. Mojidra time and again as cause of this leakage.
    Please treat this letter as urgent health emergency and take necessary actions to stop
    leakage problem immediately. As member of co-operative housing society, we expect co-
    operation from other members and support from managing committee to solve this
    disputed issue on priority.
