Different Types of Fasting

Intermittent Fasting
Fasting window: minimum of 13hrs no food
Food requirements: Ketobiotic
50grams net carbs, 50grams protein, 60% good fat
Feed gut bacteria (fermented, prebiotic, polyphenol foods)    
Supplements: ok
Purpose: autophagy
                      start getting fat adapted
                      growth hormone
Good for: people new to fasting, daily fasting strategy

Dinner to Dinner Fasting


Fasting window: 24 hrs
