    Respectfully Sheweth

    1. That the above suit is pending adjudication before this Hon’ able Court and it is fixed for
    today i.e. 27.09.2021 for pre-trial reconciliation.

    2. That the applicant/defendant filed an application U/s 24 of the West Pakistan Family
    Act, 1964 on 18.06.2021 which is still pending but the Hon’ble Court was pleased to pass
    an order U/S 17/A of the WP Family Court Act, 1964 the suit to the extent of recovery of
    maintenance allowance decreed in favour of plaintiff No.2 (minor) @ Rs.4000/- per
    month with 10% annual increment and the case was fixed for personal appearance for
    pre-trial reconciliation on 27.09.2021.

    3. That the case was fixed for submission of written statement and written reply. Neither
    the rights struck-of nor the written statement ordered to be submitted in the order
    dated 29.07.2021 while the miscellaneous application U/S 24 is also pending and the
    case was fixed for further proceedings which is liable to be corrected to that extent and
    for further proceedings.

    PRAYER

    In view of the above submissions and peculiar circumstances it is, therefore, very humbly
    prayed that the titled application may graciously be accepted and the order dated 29.07.2021
    liable to be clarified and the proceedings regarding written statement may graciously be
    incorporated and the applicant be awarded an opportunity for filing of written statement to
    meet the end of justice.
