Conferences and seminars can provide wealth information on a broad array of topics

and new professional issues. Seminars and training should be an ongoing process. As
new employee gets acclimated to the company, they should continue to develop skills
and take on new responsibilities. Employees can be quickly become fatigued if they
don’t feel they have upward mobility or a goal to work for. Training and seminars gives
them opportunities to advance and thus makes the more likely to stay. Employees may
be a first-rate workforce, but being human, they’re not perfect. Sooner or later issues
will arise, whether it’s Chronic lateness, personality Conflicts or someone sexually
harassing the new interns and so on. Addressing problems in the workplace is essential
to developing and retaining a Great team.

It’s important to develop a system for handling employees and management issues
arise. Inform the employee about the system exists and how it operates.

Here are some of the most common Management Challenges Managers face and how
to overcome them,

Decreased performance levels, Being Under satisfied, Lack of Communication , Poor


Teamwork, Pressure to perform, Absence of Structure, Time Management, Inadequate
support, Skepticism, Difficult employees, Transition from coworker to manager, Weak
Workplace culture.

Considering the importance of time, effort and resources in organizing seminars, the
organizer as well as the participants should have both ventures in being into the
learning activity to make it valuable.

Seminars can address common problems or issues that business professionals may
face on a regular basis. Thorough it, participants can share their insights and ideas
which can offer a fresh perspective in resolving problems.

Not just finding solutions to challenges, one can find inspiration that can help others in
the workplace. It helps develop new skills that can give the participants an edge over
the others. It can help you understand the ins and outs of managing the workplace
enabling it to become better.

Participating in seminars can advance ones career by equipping with skills and
knowledge in making sound and effective decision making and makes positive influence
around one's colleagues which can result in a harmonious work relationship and
enables one to overcome any challenges that arises.

As being stated in the Website of Harvard Business School, it is important to


continuously learn and develop new skills. As one advances in his own career, he needs
to work efficiently with colleagues, gain deep expertise within his industry. Keep up with
the emerging technologies and eventually manage others and this could be attained
through seminars.

However, seminars are costly and it really consumes time which makes the
participants away from the workplace. Sometimes as well, the participants expect too
much and end up being disappointed. We must take note that realism must rule,
seminars are not instant answers to workplace challenges.

Overall, if chosen best, seminars can be of great help. It has an immense benefit
wherein it can help one meet the expectations of the workplace and equips one with
new ideas and technologies to help participants boost their skills and expertise in their
fields.

Indeed, most conferences have become money making ventures, where ethical
considerations are no longer considered. Some Conference managers aim more on
profits realizable from conferees, to the extent that whatever one submits or presents is
accepted provided that one pays. But, truly seminars are genuine ground for academic
interaction, avenue for new idea and technique dissemination, network building and
professional socialization.

I believe that organization should look after all the possible situations. Whether it is
possible or negative in order to reduce the problematic situations. With the changing
time, functions and responsibilities of the organizations has increased that can create
changes of Management issues that most likely to occur. It is extremely crucial that
organizations should mitigate the challenging situations and provide seminars that will
help resolve the issues, so that each task of the company could be conducted in the
best possible manner.
