    Dear Reverend Father Glenn:

    Greeting of Peace.
    The San Francisco Parish Extra - Ordinary Ministers of Holy Communion (EMHC)
    and the Lectors - Commentators Ministry (Lec-Com) held their Formation - Meeting last
    July 10 (Saturday), 2021 for the EMHC and last July 24 (Saturday), 2021 for the Lec-
    ComM). Our Resource Speaker was no less than our Parish Priest, Reverent Father Fidel
    M. Bagayaua.
    The conduct of our Formation - Meeting concurs with the good Director’s FYI on
    the Renewal for Lay Ministers for 2021 as posted in the FB Messenger “Caceres EMHC GC”
    group chat last May 22, 2021, to wit: “FORMAT B. 1. Parish based Formation; 2. To be
    organized by the parish worship committee with the parish priest; 3. List of those who
    renew to be submitted to the Commission for the recognization of the given faculty to
    exercise the ministry.”
    Thus, it is in this line that the EMHC and LecCom Ministry of the San Francisco
    Parish Naga City would like to request your good office to consider our aforesaid
    Formation – Meeting that was respectively conducted, and with Fr. Fidel M Bagayaua, SF
    Parish Priest, as the Resource Speaker, as the Renewal Formation for the year 2021 for
    the EMHC and LecCom Ministry of the said Parish. We are submitting herewith the
    attendance of the participants both for the EMC and the Lec-Com Minisry on the said
    Formation – Meeting, the Presentation print-out, as well as the audio/video clips thereof,
    for your kind reference.
    Likewise, should the good Director approves the foregoing request, we would like
    to further request for the issuance of Certifications to be distributed for all participants of
    the said Renewal. Our participants are very willing to pay for the said Certification.
    Hoping for your kind consideration on the matter, we thank you.
