Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

I. Title :Works related to HRMD –


Description : Review of Administration, discipline, vigilance,
training, recruitment leave matters, etc.

II. Title :Works related to FAD –


Description : Review of intermediary & overdue accounts, Utilization
of administrative budget, Annual closing of accounts – 2021-22,
Review of mobilization of deposits under TMB, repayments by
clients, payment of professional tax & GST, etc.

III. Title :Works related to Rajbhasha Prabhag & Library


Description : Review of Rajbhasha Prabhag & Library works,
utilization of Rajbhasha budget & Library budget, Guidance and
monitoring of Implementation of provisions of the Official Languages
Act, 1963 and the Official Language Rules, 1976. Capacity building of
members of staff to enable them do their official work in Hindi;
Submission of returns to Govt. of India; Publication of house journal
Srijana; Translation from English to Hindi and vice versa and vetting
thereof; Conducting meetings of Official Language Implementation
Committee and effective implementation of the decisions taken.
Guidance and monitoring of Library in the Regional office.

IV. Title :Works related to NABCONS


Description : Review of target given for contract & execution of
NABCONS assignments(skill vertical, engineering vertical, M & E
verticals, etc.

V. Work related to Publication/PLPs/other documentations, Miscellaneous

Description : Publication of Papers/Articles, Guidance and monitoring of state-spe


and assignments(conduct of studies, drafting of report,e tc.); Finalization of few
Review of some chapters of State Focus paper, Liaison, Senior Officers monitorin
Member in Regional Office Project Sanctioning Committee(RO-PSC), Senior office
of NABARD developmental interventions(RIDF, TDF, etc.), Liaison officer of NPEW
Presentation in various virtual meetings/workshops and participation in webinar
by our training institute(NBSC & BIRD) and other Institutes.
