Respected Sir,

Subject- Mutation Of Land In Sy No. 22/A/1 Adm. 2 Ac 03 Ghuntas In Village Ghanpur Medchal Mandal-
Land Purchased under regd. Doct Number 6099/2016 dated 9 th august 2016by N Nagaraj and another.
Req-Reg
Reference-Earlier Application Number 2100172098 for mutation dated 8/6/2021 was rejected by your
office without any reasons.

I the Undersigned bring to your kind notice following few lines with regarding to above sighted subject
matter and request to mutate my our name in the concerned records I submit that I along with Sri Kota
Bala Mallesh Had Purchased agriculture land from Original owners Nakka Subhadra and 3 others in
Survey no 22/AA1 Situated at Ghanpur village Rajbollaram gramapanchayat medchal mandal vide
document number 6099/A Dated 9th august 2016 reg by Sro Bala Nagar. I Submit that originally as per
the records Nakka Nagiah Son of Saianna Was the owner who was holding khata No 24 Pertaining to
Survey number 22/AA/1 Admeasuring 5 acres was the owner of the property later on after his demise
the property was inherited to his legal hairs that is Nakka Subhadra and 3 others. The said Nakka
Subhadra and 3 others though they are the legal hairs have not mutated their name in the records for
the reason best known to them later on as I along with another person was Intested in purchasing the
said land and enquired about the legal hairs of original owner Nakka Nagaiah of the supra Land and
came to know that Srimati. Nakka Subhadra and 3 others are the legal hairs and are the owners of the
said land. As such we have purchased the said land from the said legal hairs who are holding the tilled b
the way of inheritance.

I Submit that after the purchase of the said land we had applied for Mutation proceedings before the
Mandal Revenue officer vide letter dated 17/1/2018 and the Tehsildar of Medchal mandal after
enquiring past mutation proceedings vide proceedings number B/191/2018 Dated 28/3/2018 in our
favor by Including our name to the said survey number.

I Submit that after the said proceedings we had approached the concered Vro To Enter our names in The
RoR register but the said Vro had dodged the matter for the reasons best known to him and failed to
enter our name in the RoR records and later on the government Of Telangana had removed all the Vro’s
and the powers vested to enter the names in the Ror to the Office of the Concerned collectorate.

I Submit that had even applied the same to your office by Paying Mutation charges through E-Chalan
vide chalan number PMM2100322731 And also vide chalan number PMM2100322727 but your good
self instead of entering our names In the concerned record has rejected our application On 8/6/2021
And when I enquired I came to know that the reason was our vendors that is Nakka Subhara and 3
others name was not mentioned in the concerned record of rights and instead of it One Nakka Nagaya
Son Of Saianna name was reflecting so for the said reason your goodself was please to reject my
application.

I Submit that Merely not mutating the names of the legal hairs which they have acquired the land
thought inheritance Their right will cannot be taken away. They are the legal hairs of the desided Nakka
Nagaiya Son of Saianna and to that affect that Certificate had been given by the legal hairs and has been
produced the same in the concerned office that is Sro bala nagar and after fulfilling himself he has
registered the land in our favor.

I Submit that you are well aware that once a land is registered the subsequent purchasers name are
bound to be Mutated in the records and also even after the Mro office Proceedings our name has not
been recorded. The Tahisildhar of Medchal mandal had enough enquiry that is Issue concerned notices
to the vendors and also enquired about their inheritance and after going through the requisist process
only he has passed Mutation proceddings Under Section 5(3) Of the Pattedar Passbook Act 1971 vide
proceedings number B/191/2018 dated 28/3/2018. I am enclosing the same Proceedings along with this
applications.

In View of the said Facts and Surcumsenses I pray Your Good self to Kindly enter our names In the
Record of our rights In concerned records for which kind of your acts I will be ever grateful and thankful
to you.
