Guidelines for Common Functionalities of eLORA System

1. Register Institute
Visit home page of AERB website www.aerb.gov.in and click on the button eLORA. It will redirect you to
eLORA system.

Click on Register Institute (see above figure) link available on eLORA home page. This will open
application form for Institute Registration.

Important Note: Detail guidelines to fill application form for Institute Registration is available on
eLORA home page. It is advised to read the guidelines and keep soft copy of required attachments ready
before start filling of application form.

Fill the application form as per the guidelines. However, important points in each tab are mentioned
below:
Tab Institute Details:
 Institute Name: Ensure to provide correct institute name in application form.
Tab Employer Details:
 Name: Fill the complete name of employer as appearing in his/her document for Proof of
Identity/Date of Birth (DOB) to be attached.
 Date of Birth: Fill the DOB as appearing in the proof of identity/DOB to be attached.

 Document/card for proof of identity and date of birth (of employer): Select one from the drop
down. (Soft copy of this is a mandatory attachment).
 Document/Card No. (of Proof of Identity/DOB): Must match with the proof of identity/DOB
attached.
 E-mail (O): Will be used to send USERNAME and PASSWORD of your e-LORA account and for all
future communications. (Make sure to provide correct email address).
Attachments
Upload of following attachments are mandatory:
 Proof of Identity and Date of Birth (of employer): Acceptable documents are as follows:
 Passport
 PAN card issued by Income Tax Department
 Driving Licence issued by RTO
 Photo identity document/card having serial number and date of birth issued by Central/State
Government or PSU
 Proof of Employership: Example: (i) Appointment Letter of Employer, (ii) Board Resolution, (iii)
Any Govt./PUC document substantiating proprietorship (iv) Partnership deed (notorised) (v)
Proprietor’s self declaration on institute letter head affixed with institute seal (only for Diagnostic
Radiology Institutes)
 Upload scan copy of any one of the document listed below (in the relevant position) for the proof
of existence of institute (The institute name and address mentioned in the application form must
match with any of the attached document):
 PAN of Institute
 TAN of Institute
 Registration with State/Central/Local Government Authority
Enter the Captcha and submit the application form.

Important Note: Fields marked with * in the application form are mandatory. Application form will
not be submitted if any mandatory field left blank.

You will get acknowledgement message upon successful submission of application form. The copy of
submitted application (.pdf file) can be downloaded for which link will be provided (pl. note, this link will
be active for a short period). You will also receive an acknowledgement mail with the copy of your
application form (.pdf file) in your email (email address of employer as provided in the application form).
Application for Institute Registration will be scrutinized by AERB. After the approval of institute
registration by AERB, you will receive user ID and password in your registered email (email address of
Employer, as provided in the application form).

2. Register Radiation Professional (RP)


Application form for Radiation Professionals registration is available on eLORA home page. Once RP
application is approved, person is registered in eLORA as RP and RP Registration Id., Username and
Password (User and password of RP account) is sent to the registered email id of the radiation
professional. Only registered RP can be associated with an institution through his/her RP registration Id.

Important Note: Detail guidelines to fill application form for RP registration is available on eLORA
home page. It is advised to read the guidelines and keep soft copy of required attachments ready before
start filling application form.

3. Login to eLORA system


Login to the system using the “Username” and “Password” received no your registered email after
approval Institute Registration application form. On first time login system will prompt to change the
password.

In case, your Institute has multiple profiles, system will ask you to select the Practice and Institute Role.

The screen will not appear if institute does not have multiple profiles.

4. Update Institute Details
Updation of institute detail such as communication address of institute, institute telephone no., email id
of Employer, mobile no. of Employer, addition of profile, adding roles to the practice is done through
menu: Update Institute Details
This option be accessed through Menu: User Management (as shown below)  Update institute
details

By clicking on ‘Update Institute Details’, the following screen will be displayed

In the screen, you can update the following;


 Institute’s address for communication
 Institute’s contact details
 Add more Practices to the institute (viz. ‘Radiotherapy’ institute can add other practices such
as ‘Diagnostic Radiology practice, Nuclear Medicine practice etc.)

 Add more roles to Radiotherapy Practice e.g. Radiotherapy Practice with accelerator can add
more roles such as Telecobalt, kV imaging, brachytherapy etc. The relevant eforms will be
available only after updation of Practice and Role.
Similarly Employer details can also be updated by clicking on the tab ‘Employer Details’. Once you have
done required changes, click on ‘Update’ button.

5. Declaration of Staff
Staff can be added in eLORA account through Menu: User Management  Add Employee

In drop down for Type of Employee, three options available as follows:


 Radiation Worker: this is to add non-RP radiation workers viz. ward boy, nurse, etc
 Non Radiation Worker : this is to add employee to be nominated as Licensee who is not a
radiation worker
 Radiation Professional : this is to add registered Radiation Professionals
While adding RP, system will ask RP registration ID and Date of birth of RP. (Obtain these details from
the Radiation Professional).

In the form for adding Radiation Professional,


 Enter Registration ID and Date of birth of RP – personal detail of RP will come automatically.
 In case RP is Employer of Institute, select ‘Yes’ for ‘Whether the person is also Employer of the
Institute?’

 Provide Date of Joining (of service in your institute), PMS No. (i.e. complete TLD No.), Department
and Designation, Provide Email (O)
 Browse and upload scan copy of joining /confirmation letter of employee and click on Submit

To upload “Attachment for uploading copy of Joining/Confirmation”, you can attach a Scanned copy of
the Joining/confirmation letter of the added staff or a letter signed by the appropriate authority of the
facility mentioning the Name and Designation of all existing staff members working in the institute.

6. Process of designating and re-designating licensee


Employer is act as default licensee if he/she has not designated any of the employee as licensee. To
designate licensee, the form can be accessed through Menu: User management Designate Licensee

6.1 Designate Licensee


To assign the responsibility of licensee to an employee for the first time, the employer needs to follow the
steps as below:

The following screen will appear:


Employer has to choose “designate” option from the drop-down menu and then select employee as shown
below.

After selecting employee, employer can click “Designate Licensee” as shown above. The following screen
will appear:

Employer needs to select radiation facility(ies) for which the licensee shall be responsible and click on
“Designate” (as shown above).
After designating licensee, employer can check licensee status in the menu “My institute details”. The
licensee status of the selected employee should be “Yes” as shown below.

6.2 Re-designate licensee (to add additional responsibilities to an existing licensee)


After designating licensee, employer can re-designate assigned licensee’s role and responsibilities. To re-
designate licensee, follow the path Menu: User management  Designate licensee
After clicking on designate licensee the following screen will appear:

Employer can select “Re-designate” and then choose employee by clicking LOV. By clicking re-
designate the following screen will appear in which employer can add the radiation facilities for which
the licensee is responsible and further click on re-designate as shown below.

7. Process to change licensee


Employer can change his/her designated licensee. To change licensee, follow the path Menu: User
Management  Change Licensee

mentioned.

You need to select incoming licensee details and submit the application. The following screen will appear
to indicate change of licensee has been successful completed.

Employer can check licensee status in the menu “My Institute Details”. The licensee status should be “yes”
against that employee name.

8. Process to update/dissociate employee


Employer can update/dissociate employee from his/her institution. Employer can update employee
details such as PMS No., designation, department and E-mail(O). Employer can also dissociate employee.
Follow the path Menu: User Management  update/dissociate employee to update/dissociate
employee

8.1 Update employee details
After clicking on update/dissociate employee, the following screen will appear:

Employer need to select Type of employee as shown above and then select employee detail(s) and click
on show details as shown above, the following screen will appear:

Employer can Update employee details such as PMS No., designation, department, E-mail(O), Roles, etc.
The details will be updated and can be viewed in ‘My Institute Details’.

8.2 Dissociate employee:


After clicking on update/dissociate employee, the following screen will appear:

Employer need to select Type of employee as shown above and then select employee detail(s) and click
on dissociate as shown below. Then employee will be dissociated from the institution.

9. User account of Employer, Licensee and RSO in eLORA


eLORA system creates user accounts for Employer, Licesee and RSO. Detail of functionalities available for
these roles is given below:

9.1 Functionalities available for Employer account


Employer account is master account. Employer account is created after institute registration. Employer
has access to all Menus. The major operations can to be performed by Employer are:
 Instrument Management
 User management (i.e. add employee, change licensee, designate licensee, update/dissociate
employee and update institute details)
 Regulatory form  Common forms ( i.e. Report un-usual incidence, Nominate RSO, Non-
utilization of approval, Employer change initiation)
 Regulatory form  Practice specific forms (all stages to obtain regulatory consents) until the
employer designates the licensee of any particular practice.
 Non-Compliance Management

9.2 Functionalities available to Licensee account
Employer can designate any staff of institute as Licensee. After designating staff as Licesee, eLORA
account of Licensee is automatically created and login detail (i.e. Username and Password) is sent
automatically to designated Licensee on his/her Email (O) id. Once employer designates licensee for
particular equipment, thereafter only he/she can submit an application in eLORA for regulatory clearance
for that equipment. Hence, from licensee account, he/she can access regulatory forms through Menu:
Regulatory form  applicable practice and can submit application.
However, other information such as employee details, instruments details cannot be added/removed but
can only be viewed from licensee account.

9.3 Functionalities available to RSO account


After approval of RSO nomination form, eLORA account is automatically created for approved RSO. The
login detail (i.e. Username and Password) is sent automatically to approved RSO on his/her Email (O) id.
RSO can only view the details of the institute.

10. Declaration of Instrument


Measuring (viz. Secondary Standard Dosimeter), Monitoring (Viz. Survey meter), QA and Safety Tools can
be declared one time in your eLORA account through Instrument Management menu. The status of
instruments (viz. proposed/available, update in calibration date, etc) can also be managed through this
menu.

10.1 Add Instrument


Use Menu: Instrument Management  Add Instrument to instruments

Instruments are classified in to below four types:


 Measuring instruments
 Monitoring instruments
 QA tools
 Safety tools

Important Note: Regulatory clearances will not be issued till all requisite Measuring instruments,
Monitoring instruments, QA tools and Safety tools for particular type of facility are successfully
recorded in eLORA.

10.2 Manage Instrument Status


Use Menu: Instrument Management  View Instrument to manage status of Instrument

After clicking on “View Instrument” the following screen will appears. You can view details of all
instruments or update details of particular instrument or delete any particular Instrument from your
Institute account. Select the instrument and click on “View” as shown below.

After clicking on “view’ the following screen will appear. Through this Employer of the Institute can
modify status of the instruments (viz. Functional status, Calibration date, Calibration valid till date,
Calibration energy and calibration lab detail). The selected equipment can also be deleted by clicking on
‘Delete’ button.

11. Procedure for submission of application forms where signature of two authorities
required
There are certain forms in eLORA which requires signature of two authorities (viz. Licensee/RSO) on
application form is required before its final electronic submission in eLORA. One of such form is
application to Nominate RSO. The standard procedure for submission of forms where signature of two
authorities required is explained below:

Fill the required details and upload scan copy of required documents and click on Freeze. This will freeze
your application form and show your application number. Please note, Freeze does not mean
submission of application form to AERB.
For submission of application form, follow the path as:
Menu  My Applications

Select required Application No. (Application Status is shown as Pending For Signed PDF). Click on
Show Details and download PDF of your application form from Download Link. Take a print of first
page, signing authorities shall duly sign the first page (their names will appear in the form, sign above the
respective names) and affix institute seal on it.
Scan this page (in .pdf format), Browse and upload this scan copy.

After uploading of scan file, Application Status will change to Signed PDF Uploaded

Select the Application No and click on Submit to complete submission of application form (Application
Status will change to Submitted).

12. Checking status of application


Status of applications can be checked in eLORA through Menu: My Application

By clicking My Applications, status of applications is displayed:

Description for each type of Application Status is given below:
Application Status Description
Pending for Signed PDF Application form filled but scan copy of signed PDF not uploaded.
Signed PDF Uploaded Application form filled and scan copy of signed PDF uploaded but
application not submitted.
Submitted Application form submitted to AERB.
In Progress Application form Acknowledged by AERB.
Approve/Reject Application form reviewed and either Approved or Rejected by AERB.
Closed Approval status of preceding case shown as ‘Closed’ in case of renewal
approval (e.g. RSO renewal approval, Licence renewal approval, etc)

13. Obtaining RSO approval


Radiological Safety Officer (RSO) approval process can be initiated by Employer.
Use Menu: Regulatory form  Common Forms  Nominate RSO to access RSO nomination form

13.1 Nominate RSO (for first time approval in the institute)


“Nominate RSO” is applicable for nominating the employee for RSO of the institute for the first time. Select
Radiation Professional to be nominated for RSO. The details of the selected RP employee will be
populated automatically in the rest of the fields. Click on the button “Nominate”. The following screen will
appear:

Select the appropriate radiation facilities for which the candidate is to be nominated (as shown above).
After successful submission of form as per the standard procedure of eLORA, form will be scrutinized by
AERB. After approval of the RSO Nomination, Employer and approved RSO will receive intimation email.
A copy of the approval letter will also be emailed to RSO’s email Id (O).

13.2 RSO renewal (renewal on expiry of RSO approval)


Renewal of RSO can be initiated by employer of the facility. From the employee list, only such employee
can be selected whose RSO status is “Yes”.

“Renew” button will be enabled for the employee whose
RSO status is “Yes” before one month of RSO approval
validity date.

On clicking on ‘renew’ button, the application form is generated which needs to be freezed and submitted
as per the standard procedure of eLORA.

13.3 RSO Renomination (to add or remove roles of the RSO)


Only approved RSOs of the institution can be renominated for addition/removal of radiation facilities for
which the RSO will be responsible. Renomination button will be deactivated for the employee whose RSO
status is “Yes” one month before expiry of RSO approval validity.

Click on ‘freeze’ button and submit the form as per standard procedure of eLORA.

13.4 RSO Undesignate (to remove RSO roles completely)


In case, employer wants to withdraw the role of RSO from an approved RSO, the same can be initiated
through “Undesignate” option. Only approved RSOs can be undesignated and he/she will no longer be
RSO of the institute. However, he/she will continue to be employee of the institute.

Use “Undesignate” option
to revoke RSO.

In the “View employee list”, the status of RSO will be indicated as “No”.

Relinquishing RSO from Institute

Important Note: In case the RSO is leaving the Institute, the employer has to “Undesignate” the RSO
first and then “Dissociate” him/her. A relinquishing letter for the RSO dissociation will be available in
RSO approval file and the status of the RSO file will be “close”.

14. Process of Employer change


Employer change functionality in e-LORA will facilitate notification of change of employer in an institute.
The process consists of three steps as given below:
Step 1: Generation of Request-Id for Employer Change
Step 2: Submission of Employer Change Application Form
Step 3: Confirmation of updation of Employer Change by AERB

14.1 Generation of Request-Id for Employer Change


The outgoing employer (employer already registered with e-LORA) of an institute has to initiate
generation of request-id for employer change. The following are the steps to initiate request-id
generation;

Click on Employer Change Initiation

Provide details of incoming employer. It should be noted that the data provided in this form cannot be
modified later.

After submission following screen will appear:

Outgoing employer (current employer) will receive a message in inbox as below:

Incoming employer will receive an email regarding the same in the provided email address.

Important Note: On receipt of the Generated Request ID as shown above, the incoming employer
needs to submit the employer change application form to register his employership in eLORA by
following the process as mentioned below.

14.2 Submission of Employer Change Application Form


The incoming employer (new employer) has to submit employer change application form with required
documentary proofs. The following are the steps to submit employer change application form.
 Visit e-LORA home page and click on Employer Change link

 The following form will be opened

Successful submission of this form will lead to ‘Application for Employer Change’.
(Any discrepancy in the data providing in above form from the data provided at the time of Request-Id
generation will lead to the denial of further processing).

14.3 Submit the form by filling-in required fields and providing required attachments

Note: The details to be provided in the above application form are as given below
Tab 1: Institute Details – Will be auto-populated and non-editable
Tab 2: Employer Details
 Name: Will be auto-populated and non-editable
 Date of Birth: Will be auto-populated and non-editable
 Document/Card for Proof of Identity and Date of Birth: Select the document/card for PoI and DoB
from the drop down.
 Document/Card No.: Provide document / card no. of PoI/DoB. The document/card no. mentioned
must match with the scanned copy of PoI/DoB attached.
 Residential Address: Fill residential address of employer in a given format.
 Permanent Address: Fill permanent address of employer in a given format.
 Contact Details: Some fields will be auto-populated and non-editable

 Proof of Identity and Date of Birth: Upload scanned copy of ‘Proof of Identify and Date of Birth’ of
employer as declared in Tab ‘Employer Details’
 Proof of Employership: Upload document substantiating employership of the institute.
Example: (i) Appointment Letter, (ii) Board Resolution, (iii) Any Govt./PUC document substantiating
proprietorship (iv) Partnership deed (notorised) or (iv) Proprietor’s self declaration on institute letter
head affixed with institute seal (only for Diagnostic Radiology Institutes)
After successful submission, a message will be displayed along with the link to download application
form.

Important Note: Outgoing employer (current employer) will receive a message in inbox regarding
the submission of ‘Application for Employer Change’
Incoming employer will receive an email regarding the same in the provided email address.
After submission of above form, outgoing employer (current employer) will not be able to submit any
regulatory forms till the employer change application is processed by AERB.

14.4 Updation confirmation of Employer Change from AERB


After approval from AERB, the outgoing employer will get an email in the registered email intimating
employer change approval. The incoming employer will get login credentials by mail in the provided
email address. The login credentials of the outgoing employer will be simultaneously deactivated.
In case of rejection of ‘Application for Employer Change’ form, the incoming employer will get a mail in
the provided email address with the reasons for rejection.

15. Non Compliance (NC) Management
The non-compliance (NC) with respect to regulatory requirement raised against institute can be see
through:
Menu: My Institute Details  Tab: Non Compliance Details: Active Non-Compliance details (as
shown in below figure)

Each NC has defined severity level (Severity level 1, 2, 3 and 4. Severity level 1 is the highest and severity
level 4 is the lowest) and final date for its resolution. Take necessary action to close the NC before final
date of resolution.
In eLORA, two types of NC generated:
1. System generated: System automatically checks the compliance and raises NC in case of:
 Non-availability of RSO for the profile(s) available with the institute
 Expiry of Licence validity date
 Expiry of calibration validity date of instruments

How to resolve system generated NCs


Sr. No. Reason for non-compliance Way to resolve NC
i. Non-availability of RSO for the Obtain RSO approval. NC will be closed
profile(s) available with the institute within 24 hrs after obtaining RSO approval.
ii. Expiry of Licence validity date Obtain Licence. NC will be closed within 24
hrs after obtaining Licence.
iii. Expiry of calibration validity date of Obtain calibration of instrument and update
instruments ‘Calibration Valid Till’ date of the instrument
through Menu: Instrument Management.

2. Manually generated NC: Manual NC are raised by AERB reviewer during any phase of radiation
safety review of institute (e.g. review of safety status report, NC observed during regulatory
inspection, etc.). For such types of NC, response is required to be submitted through eLORA. Use
below form to submit response:

This will open screen to submit response for NC:

Select Reference number of NC from the list (this will display on manually raised NCs. If NC is not listed
here, it means, NC is system generated). Provide your response in ‘NC Response’ and attached document
(e.g. document for proof), if required, in ‘Attachment’.
Your response will be reviewed by AERB. If the response is satisfactory and approved by AERB, NC will
be closed. You can check the status of your application for NC response in Menu: My Applications.

16. Incident Reporting Functionality


All radiation facilities in the country are required to intimate occurrence of any unusual incident
involving radiation source, within 24 hours of occurrence, to AERB. This is the mandatory requirement
as per the Licence issued by AERB. To enable intimation of occurrence of unusual incident and providing
further follow-up action of it to AERB, “Incident Reporting” functionality has been provided in eLORA
system.

The “Incident Reporting” functionality in eLORA system has 3 e-forms:


1. Incident Intimation Report: Use this e-form to intimate occurrence of incident.
2. Incident Update Report: Use this e-form to update on the current status of incident.
3. Incident Investigation Report: Use this e-form, after complete closure of incident, to submit
final investigation report of incident. Please note, till Incident Investigation Report is submitted
and approved by AERB, the case of incident investigation remains open. Incident investigation
case closes only after approval of Incident Investigation Report.

17.1 Institute/Radiation Professional Registration


Que: Our Institute is functioning under Central/State Government; whose detail should we furnish for
Employer?
Ans: Employer of an Institute is Head of Institute/Department who is responsible for execution of duties
of Employer as stipulated in Atomic Energy (Radiation Protection) Rules, 2004. Furnish detail of your
Head of Institute/ Department in Employer detail.

Que: Our Institute is functioning under Central/State Government; we do not have Govt. Registration
No./PAN/TAN, what should we upload in Institute Registration form?
Ans: Upload scan copy of certificate (issued by your Head of Institute on letter head affixed with Institute
seal) mentioning Government status of your Institute. Do not forget to give Certificate No., as the same
(certificate no.) will be required to be mentioned in Institute Registration form.

Que. After submitting Register Institute/Radiation Professional application, unable to access the link -
application_form.pdf, where can I download the application to keep for my future reference?
Ans. After successful submission of registration form, a link is provided to download .pdf of submitted
application for reference. If the link is accessed after sometime of submitting application, it may not open
as after limited timespan access is disabled due to security reasons. An automated confirmation e-mail is
sent from eLORA after submission of application, along with the submitted application (pdf file) as
attachment. From there it can be downloaded anytime.

Que. I have submitted application for Institute/Radiation Professional (RP) registration; how to check
status of submitted application?
Ans. Visit eLORA home page, click on ‘Application Status for Radiation Professional Registration’ /
‘Application Status for Institute Registration’ for knowing the status of application for Radiation
Professional Registration or Institute Registration respectively.

Que: I have submitted application for Institute/Radiation Professional (RP) registration, what are the
next steps I have to follow?
Ans. Submitted applications are reviewed by AERB and after that automated response e-mail is sent in
email id provided in application form.

In case of approval of application, your account is created in eLORA and login credentials (USERNAME
and PASSWORD) are provided in e-mail (RP No. is also provided in case of RP registration; (format of
RPID: 13-XXXXX or 14-XXXXXX} so on ). You can login to eLORA system for further interactions with
AERB.
In case of rejection of application, the reason(s) for the rejection are mentioned in the mail.

Que: I want to do RP registration, however in RP Registration form  tab Personal Details, First Name
and Last Name are mandatory but I have only single word Name. What should I do?
Ans. In such a scenario,
(i) Fill the last name field with your father’s name (any part from father’s/mother's/husband's name
such as the first name, middle name or last name).
(ii) Attach a copy of the proof showing your name and your father's/mother's/husband's name, such
as SSC certificate, PAN CARD, Driving License.
(iii) Attach a scanned copy of signed self declaration in the following format: "Though my name
consists a single name "__________" and eLORA does not accept single name, my name may be
considered as "______________" including part of my father's/mother's/husband's name for eLORA
purpose only.

17.2 Forgot Username and Password


Que: I forgot/ my password, how can I get a new password?
Ans. In case you forgot your password, use ‘Forgot Password’ option available on eLORA home page. It
will ask your username and registered email address. After verification of username and email address
combination, system will send auto email (on your registered email address) as well as SMS (on your
registered mobile no.) mentioning your new password. Pl. note, after first login, system will ask you to
change your password.

Que: I forgot/not received my eLORA account username, how can I know my username?
Ans: Use ‘Forgot Username’ option available on eLORA home page to obtain your username on your
registered email address.

In the form for ‘Forgot Username’, ensure to provide your First name and Last name separately in its
respective fields. The fields for First name and Last name are case sensitive.

After verification of detail, system will auto sent username on registered email address.

17.2.1 If Employer is Radiation Professional/Radiation Worker


Que: Employer of institute is Radiation Professional/Radiation Worker, how to declare Employer as
Radiation Professional/Radiation Worker employee of institute?
Ans: Follow the below path
Menu: User Management  Add Employee  Select 'Employee Type', either 'Radiation Worker' or
'Radiation Professional' (if approved as RP). While adding employee, system will ask "whether the person
is employer?", Select 'Yes' and proceed ahead to fill the other details asked in the form.

17.3 Handling error message


Que: I'm getting message 'Sorry, someone is already logged in this browser. Two person cannot log in
the same browser', what should I do?

Ans. This may happen when eLORA system is directly closed without logout. In such case, Please restart
your internet browser and access eLORA system.

17.4 Changing details


Que: How to change email address of Institute Employer?
Ans: After login, follow the Menu 'User Management  Update Institute Detail select tab 'Employer
Detail' and change 'Email (O)' as required and click on 'Update' button. You will receive all future
correspondences on this updated email address.
Que: My RSO application got rejected for incorrect entry of PMS/TLD no., how to correct PMS/TLD no.?
Ans: Login through Employer's account, use following path
Menu: User Management' Update/Dissociate Employee  Select Employee from 'Employee
Details'  click on 'Show Details'  Update your PMS No.  click on 'Update'
(You can also update your Email address and Designation of the employee in the above Update Screen).

17.5 How to check status of application submitted through eLORA account


Que: We have submitted application form through my eLORA account, I want to know its status?
Ans: The status of all application form can be seen through your account. After login, follow the Menu:
My Applications. You will see status in Application Status for a given Application No.
