Submission Format
Learning Outcome – LO1

The submission is in the form of an individual written report. This should be written in a concise,
formal business style using single spacing and font size 12. You are required to make use of
headings, paragraphs and subsections as appropriate, and all work must be supported with
research and referenced using the Harvard referencing system. The recommended word limit is
2,000–2,500 words.

Learning Outcome – LO2

The submission is in the form of a 10-minute individual PowerPoint presentation and 5 minutes
allocated for questions. The presentation slides and speaker notes should be submitted as one
copy. You are required to make effective use of PowerPoint headings, bullet points and
subsections as appropriate. Your research should be referenced using the Harvard referencing
system. The recommended word limit is 1,000–1,500 words, including speaker notes.

Learning Outcome – LO3

The submission is in the form of an individual written Report. You are required to make use of
headings, paragraphs, subsections, and illustrations as appropriate. The recommended word limit
is 2000-2500 words.

Learning Outcome – LO4

The submission is in the form of an individual written Report. You are required to make use of
headings, paragraphs, subsections, and illustrations as appropriate. The recommended word limit
is 1500–2,000 words.

Scenario I
Assume that you are working in an Institute of Information Technologies (IIT) as a management
trainee. On completion of your internship your company's Head of IT wanted to assess the
knowledge you gained through internship and then he plans to put you in to the permanent cadre,
because he assumes you have a good understanding on the industry. He asked you to develop
and deliver a training session about professional development skills and its practices to the newly
joined students at the institute. You are supposed to complete below activities.

Learning Outcome – LO1

Task 1
1. Prepare a brief report to deliver among students about areas like awareness and body
language and openness and responsiveness.
2. you are Planning to invite the operation staff of HR division of the institute because training
session is based on communication skills. Hence design an invitation card and a covering
letter to send to HR manager of the organization to request his staff.
3. After Informing about the training session to the management, sales and marketing
division also want to join to the training session and they sent a request letter. Hence draft
and design a feedback letter to a sales division by welcoming them to training program.
4. Prepare a brief report to distribute among participants about how uses of IT enhance
communication of the organization. Note that you need to highlight research data about
the topic.

Task 2
1. You need to prepare Brief report about how soft skills important for a personal growth in
an organization by taking an example event in this training session (ex- System launch
program or an awareness program) and for this task you need to discuss about following
topics.

imagine your institute management gives you an opportunity to conduct a project of their new
product launch campaign. in this event you need to use your time management skills and need to
